Abstract: Some this study aims to design a framework as a method of evaluation, based on maturity models, for the use of technologies in smart supply chains, through the verification of attributes of Smart Supply Chain, focused on the use of tools and technologies of Industry 4. 0, i.e., the technologies able to contribute to that attribute in that criterion to be evaluated, of the intrinsic characteristics of the business operation, within the perspective of the SCOR methodology (Supply Chain Operations Reference Model) proposed by the Council of Supply Chain Management: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Return. Based on the definition of Smart Supply Chain attributes, through a categorization originating from the QFD - Quality Deploy Function, precisely because of the need for a correlation analysis between the Smart Supply Chain domains and the SCOR perspective, the attributes mapped according to the characteristics that the technologies offer in terms of use, were evaluated by the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to define priorities among the target attributes. Moreover, this study aims to offer managers and professionals in the area of Supply Chain Management, subsidies for decision making in their organizations, in terms of selection of choices of technologies that meet the need for use, in order to contribute to the evolution and robustness, aiming growth and reliability of the processes involved in the Smart Supply Chain.
