Análise das relações raciais em um livro didático de português do 5° ano
Resumo
Resumo : Esta monografia esta pautada na apreciação das relações raciais em um livro de Português do 5° ano do Ensino Fundamental, pertencente ao Programa Nacional do Livro Didático (PNLD) na perspectiva da implementação da Lei 10.639/03 - que determina o ensino de história da África e cultura afro-brasileira e africana – nas instituições educacionais. Para tanto apropriamos do conceito da ideologia do silenciamento, proposto por Silva (2005), assim como a naturalização e a branquidade normativa para realizar as análises. O livro didático é uma importante ferramenta de vinculação de conteúdos e informações, portanto sua produção está submetida às determinações do edital de 2010 do PNLD. Cientes de que os livros didáticos, assim como outros segmentos da sociedade, tendem a propagar a discriminação étnico-racial, tivemos como intuito analisar as relações raciais nas imagens do livro para averiguar a presença, ou não, de hierarquias raciais; as permanências e mudanças em relação às formas e estratégias de hierarquia apontadas na literatura especializada; as aproximações e os distanciamentos dos indicativos legais de educação dasrelações étnico-raciais, especialmente o Artigo 26-A da LDB (Lei deDiretrizes e Bases da Educação), Parecer 03/04 para a educação das relações étnico-raciais. Constatou-se que há um silenciamento em relação à abordagem da temática étnico-racial. A disparidade entre a representatividade aponta uma normatização da condição do/a branco/a, que está enraizada na sociedade, e esteve presente no livro e a naturalização da condição de vulnerabilidade, da criança negra, pois estas foram representadas em trabalhos infantil, ficando subentendido que apenas essas crianças tem seus direitos violados. O livro didático, investigado, demonstrou-se também superficial e insuficiente, constatamos uma completa ausência de textos sobre a cultura e história africana e afro-brasileira, pois poderia ser utilizado contos, fábulas e textos que contemplassem historicamente e culturalmente esta temática, para que houvesse um cumprimento legal e ampliassem o conhecimento dos/as alunos/as sobre a temática. Abstract : This investigation is based in the analysis of racial relations in a didactic book of Portuguese of the 5th year of the elementary school, that belonging to the National Didactic Book Program (PNLD). The focus of the investigation is the implementation’s perspective of law 10.639/03 – that determines the teach ofthe history about the Africa and Afro- Brazilian’s culture and African culture – in the institution of educations. The analyzes appropriated the ideology’s concept of the silencing, proposed by Silva (2005), so like the naturalization and the normative whiteness to execute the analysis. The didactic book is an important tool of linking of subject and information, therefore its production is submitted tothe announcement’s determinations of 2010 of the PNLD. Aware that the didactic book, so like other society’s segments, propagate the racial discrimination, We had the intention to analyze the racial relations in images from the book to investigate a) the presence, or not, racial hierarchy; b) the permanencies and changes in relations to aspects and strategies of hierarchy demonstrated in the books specialty; c) changes and continuities on the speechs, that approaches and departures from indicatives legal education ofracial relations, especially the article 26-A of the LDB(Law of Directives and Bases of education). The results indicates there is a silencing in relation to topic racial ethnic. The difference of representation between whites and black in the didactic books put the white people like representative of the humankindthat the societies impose. And also the natural situation of the black child represented in kids work. So the message transmitted is that only this black child have their right broken. The didactic book researched is superficial and insufficient. It was identified an absence of texts about Africa’s culture and Africa’s history. Because could be used texts about the Africa to fulfill the lawand expand student’s knowledge.
