Abstract: The present work aims to help teachers who seek to improve their teaching practice with material that values the quality of learning for deaf students. In this work, two investigative didactic sequences were elaborated with contents of Cell Biology and with translation into Brazilian Sign Language (Libras), promoting syntax and lexical choices, which provide effective access and significant knowledge in the inclusion of these students in the regular education classroom. In this way, through a brief historical account of the education of the deaf in Brazil, this work comments on the complexity of teaching the discipline of Biology to deaf students, which has a voluminous vocabulary that is difficult to interpret in Libras, not dispensing with the need the presence of the Libras/Portuguese Interpreter Translator (TILSP) as a human resource and also discusses the use of technology as an ally in the investigative teaching of Biology. The didactic sequence 1, entitled "Cell Discovery" deals with Cell Theory and cell types, designed to be carried out in two classes. The didactic sequence 2, "Biomembranes" deepens the knowledge about biological membranes taught in 3 classes. The focus for the construction of this material was the use of Digital Educational Objects (OED) such as the Kahhot and Plotagon applications, which, in a playful and participatory way, place the students as protagonists and stimulate the meaning of abstract and/or microscopic themes, such as the case of Cell Biology. The OED helps the pedagogical practice of teachers who work with the inclusion of deaf people, who use the Brazilian Sign Language as their first language. This work is extremely important for students to learn how to play an active role in their education and because they favor deaf students and the praxiology of professionals.
