Caracterização da visitação e das alternativas recreativas no Parque Nacional de São Joaquim/SC

Abstract

Resumo :O Parque Nacional do São Joaquim possui diversos pontos para uso público, que poderiam ser utilizados gerando renda para a unidade de conservação. O objetivo do trabalho foi caracterizar os pontos turísticos para atrair novos visitantes, bem como listar quais atrações possuem potencial para a geração de renda no parque e encontrar os fatores que limitam a visitação na unidade de conservação. Para isso, foram obtidas informções do banco de dados do Ministério do Meio Ambiente, bem como da Detzel Consulting. Os resultados mostraram que existem dezoito pontos que já foram usados e podem ser utilizados, bem como um ápice na frequência de visitantes no mês de julho no parque. Pode-se concluir que o parque possui 18 atrações de uso comunitário e que elas podem gerar renda, sendo que o principal fator limitante da Unidade de Conservação é a sazonalidade de visitantes.

Abstract : The National Park São Joaquim has several points for public use, which in could be used, generating income for the conservation unit. The objective of this work was to characterize the tourist attractions to attract new visitors, as well as to list which attractions have the potential to generate income in the park and to find the factors that limit the visitation in the conservation unit. For this, data were obtained from the database of the Ministry of the Environment, as well as Detzel Consulting. The results showed that there are eighteen points that have already been used and can be used, as well as the frequency of visitors in the park. It can be concluded that the park has several attractions for community use and that they can generate income, as well as demonstrates that the main limiting factor of the Conservation Unit is the seasonality of visitors, which has the peak in July, this factor also characterizes the visitation in the park.
