Gravidez na adolescência : plano de intervenção

Abstract

Resumo: Introdução: O plano de Intervenção que trata do "alto índice de gravidez na adolescência" é um resultado do Curso de Especialização em Atenção Básica da UFPR, financiado pelo UNA-SUS. Objetivos: Planejar ações que possam colaborar com a prevenção de gravidez entre os adolescentes atendidos na Unidade Básica de Saúde de Laranjal, no município de Laranjal, Paraná. Os objetivos específicos são capacitar a equipe para realização de ações educativas de prevenção a gravidez na adolescência; formar parceria com a escola para realização de ações educativas através do PSE (Programa Saúde na Escola); Realizar ação educativa para preparar os pais para falar sobre sexualidade com os filhos. Método: O projeto foi realizado em fases, na primeira fase ocorreu a identificação do problema em reunião de equipe, onde os integrantes selecionaram os principais pontos a serem enfrentados. Na segunda fase ocorreu a pesquisa literária em bases de dados como Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), Scientific Eletronic Library Online, e também no Ministério da Saúde (MS) para a coleta de material para embasar a capacitação da equipe, que participará da terceira fase. Na terceira fase será a formação de parceria com a escola para a realização de ações educativas. Assim que as aulas retornarem será solicitado reunião com a equipe escolar para informar a importância do projeto e como ele será realizará, além de solicitar apoio e parceria para que o projeto possa ser executado no ambiente escolar através do PSE. Resultados e discussão: Através da identificação do problema foi possível conhecê-lo melhor e traçar estratégias para enfrentamento. A parceria com a escola foi essencial para o planejamento das ações na escola, infelizmente a pandemia adiou a realização das ações, mas assim que a situação se normalizar e as aulas voltarem a ações serão realizadas na escola (a previsão é para fevereiro de 2021). Realizando a ação educativa na escola espera-se que os alunos tenham conhecimento da prevenção da gravidez e entendam que a adolescência é um período de crescimento e não de assumir a responsabilidade tão grande que é ter um filho. Considerações finais: Esse trabalho buscou mostrar a importância de ações que possam colaborar com a prevenção de gravidez entre os adolescentes atendidos na Unidade Básica de Saúde de Laranjal, no município de Laranjal, Paraná. Para alcançar esse objetivo foram planejados métodos de capacitação da equipe e educação de adolescentes e seus pais. A equipe se motivou e se uniu para o planejamento desse projeto e assim que ele puder ser colocado em prática integralmente, serão planejados outros planos de intervenção direcionados aos portadores de Doenças Crônicas Não Transmissíveis como a hipertensão, o diabetes e a obesidade.

Abstract: Introduction: The Intervention plan that addresses the "high teenage pregnancy rate" is a result of the Specialization Course in Primary Care at UFPR, funded by UNA-SUS. Objectives: To plan actions that can collaborate with the prevention of pregnancy among the adolescents attended at the Basic Health Unit of Laranjal, in the municipality of Laranjal, Paraná. The specific objectives are to enable the team to carry out educational actions to prevent teenage pregnancy; form a partnership with the school to carry out educational actions through the PSE (Programa Saúde na Escola); Conduct educational action to prepare parents to talk about sexuality with their children. Method: The project was carried out in phases, in the first phase the problem was identified in a team meeting, where the members selected the main points to be faced. In the second phase, literary research took place in databases such as the Virtual Health Library (VHL), Scientific Eletronic Library Online, and also in the Ministry of Health (MS) for the collection of material to support the training of the team, who will participate in the third phase. In the third phase it will be the formation of a partnership with the school to carry out educational actions. As soon as the classes return, a meeting with the school team will be requested to inform the importance of the project and how it will be carried out, in addition to requesting support and partnership so that the project can be carried out in the school environment through the PSE. Results and discussion: Through the identification of the problem, it was possible to get to know it better and outline strategies for coping. The partnership with the school was essential for planning the actions at the school, unfortunately the pandemic postponed the actions, but as soon as the situation normalizes and the classes return to actions will be held at the school (the forecast is for February 2021) . By carrying out the educational action at school, it is expected that students are aware of pregnancy prevention and understand that adolescence is a period of growth and not of assuming the responsibility so great that it is to have a child. Final considerations: This work sought to show the importance of actions that can collaborate with the prevention of pregnancy among the adolescents attended at the Basic Health Unit of Laranjal, in the municipality of Laranjal, Paraná. To achieve this goal, methods for training the team and educating adolescents and their parents were planned. The team was motivated and came together to plan this project and as soon as it can be put into practice in full, other intervention plans aimed at people with Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and obesity will be planned.
