Projeto de intervenção para diminuir o absenteísmo nos atendimentos agendados na Unidade Básica de Saúde São Judas Tadeu, em Rio Negro-PR

Resumo: Os motivos que levam os usuários da Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) São Judas Tadeu, em Rio Negro-PR, a comparecer ou faltar às consultas médicas agendadas precisam ser conhecidos pela equipe, pois o absenteísmo impacta negativamente no serviço de saúde, prejudicando financeiramente o sistema e operacionalmente a continuidade do cuidado. Este trabalho tem o objetivo de organizar o fluxo de marcação de consultas médicas na UBS São Judas Tadeu, de modo a diminuir o absenteísmo nos atendimentos agendados e aumentar a continuidade do cuidado. Trata-se de uma pesquisa ação, na qual as dificuldades de agendamento e efetividade em comparecimento/atendimento médico serão elencadas e propostas soluções. O projeto está em fase de desenvolvimento e segue durante o ano de 2021. Realizou-se um levantamento, o qual demonstrou que, o total de consultas agendadas de 01/10/2020 a 31/12/2020 foi de 257 (100%), dessas, houve 36 (14%) de absenteísmo. Os principais motivos elencados pela equipe para as faltas foram: dificuldade em confirmar as datas das consultas com os pacientes; variantes do tempo/clima; demora entre o agendamento e a consulta; esquecimento do usuário; melhora do quadro clínico; facilidade de conseguir a consulta; e negligência do bem comunitário. Para tanto, foi pensado em criar um recibo/flyer sobre o agendamento, para incluir o endereço, telefone e possíveis preferências do usuário para marcação de consultas. Diante disso, sabe-se que o problema das faltas exige envolvimento da equipe e da comunidade a fim de promover sensibilização. A identificação de fatores que interferem no serviço de saúde e na assiduidade do usuário são relevantes para efetivar melhorias no comparecimento às consultas médicas, formas de agendamento, contato telefônico/WhatsApp prévio, de modo a ouvir o usuário, e, melhorar a qualidade de vida do cidadão. Abstract: The reasons that lead users of the Basic Health Unit (BHU) São Judas Tadeu, in Rio Negro-PR, to attend or miss scheduled medical appointments need to be known by the team, as absenteeism negatively impacts the health service, damaging financially the system and operationally the continuity of care. This work aims to organize the flow of appointments for medical appointments at UBS São Judas Tadeu, in order to reduce absenteeism in scheduled appointments and increase the continuity of care. It is an action research, in which the scheduling difficulties and effectiveness in medical attendance / attendance will be listed and solutions proposed. The project is in the development phase and continues during the year 2021. A survey was carried out, which showed that the total number of consultations scheduled from 10/1/2020 to 12/31/2020 was 257 (100%), of these, there were 36 (14%) absenteeism. The main reasons listed by the team for the absences were: difficulty in confirming the dates of the consultations with the patients; weather / climate variants; delay between scheduling and consultation; forgetfulness of the user; improvement of the clinical picture; ease of getting the consultation; and neglect of the community good. To this end, it was thought to create a receipt / flyer on the schedule, to include the address, telephone and possible user preferences for scheduling appointments. Given this, it is known that the problem of absences requires the involvement of the team and the community in order to promote awareness. The identification of factors that interfere in the health service and in the attendance of the user are relevant to effect improvements in the attendance to medical appointments, forms of scheduling, telephone contact / previous WhatsApp, in order to listen to the user, and, improve the quality of life. of the citizen.
