Uma proposta de intervenção para reduzir o uso indiscriminado de psicotrópicos na Unidade Básica de Saúde Cláudio João Silvestre do município de Campina do Simão-PR

Abstract

Resumo: Um dos problemas que mais chamou a atenção para o desenvolvimento dessa intervenção é a quantidade elevada de pacientes que faz uso de forma indiscriminada de psicotrópicos, em especial os benzodiazepínicos. Esses pacientes tem o hábito de solicitar receita azul na UBS, sem nenhuma avaliação da real necessidade ou orientações a respeitos dos riscos dessas medicações. Desta forma, objetiva-se diminuir o uso indiscriminado de medicamentos psicotrópicos entre pacientes na Unidade Básica de Saúde Cláudio João Silvestre do município de Campina do Simão-PR. Trata-se de um projeto de intervenção, o qual foi estruturado por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, aonde buscou-se autores que embasam este trabalho, a partir desta pesquisa, foi realizado um Plano Operativo, aonde se planejou todas as etapas da intervenção. Por meio do planeamento da intervenção no dia 11 de novembro de 2020 a médica realizou o encontro de capacitação com a equipe e também explicou as etapas e objetivos da intervenção, onde todos se mostraram solícitos a participar. Foi utilizado um vídeo extraído da internet demostrando os sinais e sintomas do uso crônico de psicotrópico. Além disso, cada integrante recebeu o Manual do Ministério da Saúde sobre Saúde mental. Durante as consultas médicas os pacientes estão sendo avaliados em relação a necessidade da prescrição e continuidade do uso dos psicotrópicos, sendo possível observar mudanças significativas de comportamento e que eles estão mais esclarecidos. No entanto, ainda não foram realizadas as ações educativas em grupo devido a pandemia. Portanto, sabe-se que trabalhar com intuito de conscientizar pessoas, não é uma tarefa de fácil realização, mas pretende-se através de ações de educação em saúde e prevenção de doenças, fazer com que os pacientes se sintam capazes de cuidar da sua saúde.

Abstract: One of the problems that most called attention to the development of this intervention is the high number of patients who make indiscriminate use of psychotropic drugs, especially benzodiazepines. These patients are in the habit of requesting a blue prescription at the UBS, without any assessment of the real need or guidance regarding the risks of these medications. Thus, the objective is to reduce the indiscriminate use of psychotropic drugs among patients in the basic health unit Cláudio João Silvestre in the city of Campina do Simão-PR. It is an intervention project, which was structured through bibliographic research, where authors were sought to support this work, from this research, an operative plan was carried out, where all stages of the intervention were planned. Through the planning of the intervention on november 11, 2020, the doctor held the training meeting with the team and also explained the steps and objectives of the intervention, where everyone was willing to participate. A video extracted from the internet was used showing the signs and symptoms of chronic use of psychotropic drugs. In addition, each member received the ministry of health manual on mental health. During medical consultations, patients are being evaluated in relation to the need for prescription and continued use of psychotropics, and it is possible to observe significant changes in behavior and that they are more informed. However, group educational activities have not yet been carried out due to the pandemic. Therefore, it is known that working with the aim of raising awareness among people is not an easy task, but it is intended, through health education and disease prevention actions, to make patients feel capable of taking care of their health.
