Um resgate da Teoria da Dependência à posição dos seres femininos nas iniciativas de economia solidária

Abstract

Resumo: Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo fazer um resgate da teoria da dependência, para explicar como se chega na atual configuração social brasileira do trabalho, buscando entender a dinâmica entre trabalho produtivo e reprodutivo, bem como o fenômeno da economia solidária e a posição da mulher dentro dele, valendo-se então, da categoria superexploração do trabalho. Após a introdução, que mostra a metodologia e bibliografia utilizadas, objetivos e problematizações, passa-se para uma caracterização sobre cenário atual do trabalho e da renda na América Latina e no Brasil, seguida por uma retomada histórica em relação a formação da classe trabalhadora e industrialização no país, até a chegada do neoliberalismo. Apresenta-se então a Teoria da Dependência e seu entendimento sobre a industrialização e as possibilidades estruturais no continente, valendo-se da Teoria Valor Trabalho e do conceito da Superexploração do Trabalho. Na terceira parte, evidencia-se a Acumulação Originária sobre os corpos femininos no período conhecido como "Caça às Bruxas", a reconfiguração estabelecida neste período ao trabalho reprodutivo, bem como ele veio a se caracterizar na América Latina, fazendo-se uso da interseccionalidade gênero, raça e classe. Assim, em sua última etapa, trabalha-se com Economia Popular, Economia Solidária e seu modo de ser, resgatando o surgimento do cooperativismo europeu e sua história no Brasil, da mesma forma que a Economia Solidária no país e sua consolidação como política pública, observando a posição das mulheres na Economia Solidária e contestando a ideia propagada que esta seria um novo modo de produção, capaz de superar o modo capitalista. Finalmente, estabelece o vínculo entre neoliberalismo, informalidade, Economia Solidária, valendo-se do conceito da superexploração do trabalho.

Abstract: This research aims to rescue the Theory of Dependence, to explain how it is achieved in the current Brazilian social configuration of work, seeking to understand the dynamics between productive and reproductive work, as well as the phenomenon of the Solidarity Economy and the position of women within him, making use of the category of Overexploitation of Work. After the introduction, which shows the methodology and bibliography used, objectives and problematizations, proceeding to a characterization of the current scenario of work and income in Latin America and Brazil, followed by a historical resumption in relation to the formation of the working class and industrialization in the country, until the arrival of neoliberalism. The Dependence Theory and its understanding of industrialization and the possible possibilities on the continent are then presented, using the Theory of Labor Value and the concept of the Overexploitation of Labor. In the third part, the Original Accumulation on female bodies is evidenced in the period known as "Hunt for witches", a reconfiguration in this period to reproductive work, as well as it came to be characterized in Latin America, making use of the intersectionality of gender, race and class. Thus, in its last stage, working with Popular Economy, Solidarity Economy and its way of being, rescuing or the emergence of European cooperativism and its history in Brazil, in the same way that Solidarity Economy in the country and its consolidation as public policy, observing the position of women in the Solidarity Economy and contesting a propagated idea that this would be a new mode of production, capable of surpassing the capitalist mode. Finally, establishing the link between neoliberalism, informality, Solidarity Economy, using the concept of overexploitation of work.
