Proposta de incentivo á prática do intercâmbio na formação do acadêmico de turismo da Universidade Federal do Paraná-UFPR

Abstract

Resumo : Participar de um programa de intercâmbio é um dos objetivos buscados por estudantes universitários atuais durante sua formação acadêmica, sendo assim, este trabalho partiu do problema: qual o conhecimento e a opinião do acadêmico de turismo da UFPR sobre a importância da prática do intercâmbio na sua formação? Tendo este estudo o objetivo de identificar a importância da prática do turismo de intercâmbio na formação do acadêmico de Turismo. Para uma melhor compreensão deste tema e afim de alcançar o objetivo do estudo, foram realizadas entrevistas com seis profissionais do agenciamento em intercâmbio, aplicados questionários a cinquenta e três alunos e consultados diversos sites e blogs online sobre intercâmbio, sendo estes pessoais ou de empresas. Percebeu-se a partir dos dados obtidos nesta pesquisa que tanto no mercado de trabalho quanto na vida pessoal, o intercâmbio pode ajudar e desenvolver na pessoa um diferencial, sendo visto como um investimento. A realização de um intercâmbio proporciona a propagação da cultura local assim como sua a vivência e experiência, contudo, notou-se que as oportunidades de realização de mobilidade acadêmica e intercâmbio não são muito divulgadas e discutidas nas salas de aula do ensino superior do curso de Turismo da UFPR, sendo assim, optou-se por elaborar como projeto uma cartilha de auxílio e informações sobre intercâmbio da UFPR, o qual consiste na elaboração de uma cartilha voltada aos estudantes de Turismo da UFPR, fornecendo informações de maneira prática e de fácil entendimento sobre os procedimentos para a realização de um intercâmbio tanto pela Universidade quanto por empresas particulares.

Abstract : Participating in an exchange program is one of the goals sought of the current university student during his academic training, so this work started from the problem: what is the knowledge and the opinion of UFPR tourism academic about the importance of the practice of exchange in the your training? This study aims to identify the importance of the practice of exchange tourism in the training of tourism scholars. For a better understanding of this theme and in order to reach the objective of the study, interviews with six professionals of the exchange agency were carried out, questionnaires were applied to fifty-three students and several websites and online blogs about exchange, whether personal or business, were consulted. It was perceived from the data obtained in this research that both in the labor market and in the personal life, the exchange can help and develop in the person a differential, being seen as an investment. The realization of an exchange provides the propagation of the local culture as well as its experience and experience, however, it was noted that the opportunities for academic mobility and exchange are not widely disseminated and discussed in the higher education classrooms of the course. UFPR Tourism, and therefore, it was decided to elaborate as a project an information booklet and exchange information of UFPR, which consists in the elaboration of a booklet aimed at UFPR Tourism students, providing information in a practical and easy-to-understand way on the procedures for conducting an exchange both by the University and by private companies.
