Gestão participativa em itinerários de turismo rural

Abstract

Resumo : O estudo versa a respeito da formação de roteiros compostos por empreendimentos de turismo no espaço rural denominados itinerários. O objetivo do trabalho foi analisar como ocorre a gestão participativa em itinerários de turismo rural. Para isto, a presente pesquisa, classificada como qualitativa, se realizou através de uma pesquisa exploratória, com técnicas documental, bibliográfica e questionários e entrevistas com especialistas da temática e gestores de itinerários. Foram identificados pontos positivos da gestão participativa e problemas e/ou dificuldades enfrentadas pelos gestores. Os resultados constataram a existência de problemáticas na estrutura e na gestão destes itinerários que estão suprimindo os benefícios de uma gestão coletiva. A partir disto, foi proposto um Projeto de Assistência Técnica e Extensão de Turismo Rural com o propósito de auxiliar os gestores de itinerários de turismo rural nos processos de gestão.

Abstract : This study deals about the conformation of routes compose of tourism enterprises in rural areas called itineraries. The objective of this work was analyze how the participative management occurs in rural tourism itineraries. For this, the present research, classified as qualitative, was held through an exploratory research, with documentary and bibliographical techniques and questionnaires and interviews with experts and itineraries managers. It was identified strengths of participative management and problems and/or difficulties faced by managers. The results found that there are problems in the structure and management of this itineraries that are suppressing the benefits of collective management. From this, a Technical Assistance and Rural Tourism extension Project was proposed in order to assist managers of rural tourism itineraries in the management processes.
