Estudo para a implantação do turismo solidário em Curitiba

Abstract

Resumo : O objetivo deste estudo foi averiguar a possibilidade do desenvolvimento em Curitiba do Turismo Solidário. Para tanto, foram analisados modelos de turismo solidário e seus correlatos, verificada a percepção dos turistas que visitam Curitiba em relação à possibilidade de prática de atividades solidárias, verificada a opinião das agências de turismo receptivo de Curitiba a respeito da implementação dessa modalidade de turismo na região e identificados os locais onde o turismo solidário pode ser desenvolvido na cidade de Curitiba. Foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográficas a respeito das modalidades de turismo que buscam ajudar ao próximo e foram realizadas pesquisas de campo com turistas, agências de turismo receptivo e com as instituições atuantes na área de ação social. Com base nos dados coletados verificou-se que os turistas que vêm à Curitiba têm predisposição para praticar o Turismo Solidário e que as instituições receberiam bem estes visitantes, porém, as agências de turismo receptivo não demonstraram interesse no assunto. A partir destas informações foi proposto um site onde o turista pode encontrar locais para praticar o Turismo Solidário e as instituições de ação social podem divulgar o seu trabalho para receber turistas e auxílio para executar seus projetos.

Abstract : The objective of this study was to investigate the possibility of developing the Solidarity Tourism Curitiba. For both, were analyzed models of solidarity tourism and its related, checked the perception of tourists who visit Curitiba in relation to the possibility of practical solidarity, checked the opinion of receptive tourism agencies of Curitiba in respect of the implementation of this modality of tourism in the region and identified the locations where the solidarity tourism can be developed in the city of Curitiba. Searches were performed the respect of the modalities of tourism that seek to help others and field studies were carried out with tourists, Receptive tourism agencies and with the institutions active in the area of social action. Based on the data collected it was found that the tourists who come to Curitiba have a predisposition to practice solidarity tourism and that the institutions would receive well these visitors, however, Receptive tourism agencies not demonstrated interest in the subject.
