Caracterização do meio físico e ambiental para a solução dos conflitos ferroviários em Curitiba/PR e Região Metropolitana

Abstract

Resumo: O presente relatório técnico se propõe a analisar as questões de viabilidade daconstrução do Contorno Ferroviário de Curitiba, analisando diversas alternativasquanto às características do meio físico e ambiental. Este estudo corresponde aparte do estudo de viabilidade técnica, econômica e ambiental – EVTEA, para asolução dos conflitos ferroviários em Curitiba/PR e região metropolitana elaboradopela empresa EGIS Engenharia e Consultoria Ltda por solicitação do DNIT –Departamento Nacional de Infraestrutura de transportes. Ao longo do estudo foramidentificadas diversas características das alternativas propostas e verificou-se aviabilidade das alternativas 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D e 1F, porém a melhor opção para aimplantação do empreendimento é a alternativa 1F, pois a mesma apresenta omenor impacto ambiental entre as alternativas analisadas. No entanto, é importantedestacar que serão necessários estudos ambientais e investigações detalhadas dosolo para viabilizar a concessão das licenças necessárias à implantação,desenvolvimento e operação do Empreendimento proposto.

Abstract: This technical report proposes to analyze the feasibility issues of constructionContour Curitiba Railway, analyzing several alternatives as to the characteristics ofthe Physical Medium and environmental. This study corresponds part of the study oftechnical, economic and environmental viability - EVTEA for the solution of railwayconflicts in Curitiba / PR and metropolitan region drawn up by the company EGISEngineering and Consulting Ltd. at the request of DNIT - National Department ofTransport Infrastructure. Throughout the study identified several features of theproposed alternatives and found the viability of alternatives 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D and 1F;however the best option for the implementation of the project is to alternative 1F,because it presents the smallest environmental impact between the alternativesanalyzed. However, it is important to highlight that require environmental studies anddetailed investigations of the soil to make the granting of the licenses necessary forthe deployment, developmentand operation of the proposed venture.
