Perfil das indústrias moveleiras do município de Itu / SP

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho teve como objetivo traçar e avaliar o perfil das Marcenarias do Município de Itu. Na primeira parte do trabalho, são apresentadas as características do setor moveleiro no Brasil, os principais polos de móveis e dados recentes do município de Itu, Estado de São Paulo. Na segunda etapa, são apresentados os resultados da pesquisa realizada em 22 marcenarias de um total aproximado de 50 existentes no município. A pesquisa foi realizada através de questionário, contendo 21 perguntas com o objetivo de conhecer e recolher dados, que colocados em gráficos, facilitaram a caracterização das marcenarias ituana. Após está apresentação, houve a conclusão, caracterização e o perfil das marcenarias do município de ITU, sendo verificado se a cidade poderia no futuro ser um Polo Moveleiro ou uma APL (Arranjo Produtivo Local). Constatou-se que a maioria das empresas pesquisadas são Microempresas, possuem prédio próprio e iniciaram suas atividades a partir do ano 2000, faturaram no ano de 2012 de R$ 200.000,00 a R$ 1.000.000,00 e em média empregam cinco funcionários. Os engenheiros e arquitetos são seus principais parceiros e também o principal canal de vendas, fabricam móveis sob medida residenciais e comerciais e o MDF é a principal matéria-prima na fabricação. Seus principais clientes estão na própria cidade de Itu e também na capital São Paulo. No final foram feitas algumas recomendações para melhorias da gestão, formação profissional, organização sindical entre outras

Abstract: This study aimed to trace and assess the Carpenters of the city of Itu. In the first part of the work we present the characteristics of the furniture sector in Brazil, the main poles of mobile and recent data from the city of Itu, State of Sao Paulo. In the second step, the results of the survey conducted in 22 Cabinetmaking an approximate total of 50 in the municipality are presented. The survey was conducted through a questionnaire, containing 21 questions in order to meet and collect data, which charted facilitated the characterization of Ituana Cabinetmaking. After this presentation, there was a conclusion, characterization and profile of the municipality of Cabinetmaking ITU, and checked whether the city could in the future be a Furniture Polo or APL (Local Productive Arrangement). It was found that the majority of companies surveyed are Microenterprise have their own building and started their activities from 2000, in 2012 had revenues of R$ 200.000,00 to R$ 1.000.000,00 and on average employ five employees . Engineers and architects are also key partners and main sales channel, mobile manufacturing in residential and commercial measure and MDF is the main raw material in manufacturing. Its main customers are in the very city of Itu and also in the capital Sao Paulo. At the end some recommendations were made for improvements in management, training, union organization among others
