A contribuição da Lei 10.639/03 na formação continuada dos educadores para uma educação anti-racista

Abstract

Resumo : Considerando a dificuldade encontrada pelo povo negro de acesso ao conhecimento formal, o presente trabalho, tem por objetivo conhecer os momentos de exclusão presenciada pelo afrobrasileiro no processo educativo brasileiro durante a escravidão e após a abolição da escravatura para atingir sua ascensão social, ao mesmo tempo resgatar a participação do movimento social negro nos avanços com a educação brasileira em busca de direitos no combate ao preconceito, bem como suas lutas a favor de uma educação de qualidade. Assim reforça-se a necessidade de uma lei que confere maior especificidade ao ensino de História e Cultura da África e dos afrodescendentes despertando nos educandos a valorização cultural em nosso país. Através de pesquisa qualitativa, foi possível a coleta de dados que possibilitou um melhor entendimento da discrepância social enfrentada pela população negra. Em outro momento o trabalho faz um relato da formação dos professores relativa ao ensino dos conteúdos de história e cultura afro-brasileiras, como requisito importante para a realização do trabalho pedagógico. Assim a Lei 10.639/03 assegura os alunos afrodescendentes desmistificar significados depreciativos a sua origem criada sobre os aspectos físicos e culturais da população negra.

Abstract : Considering the difficulty faced by black people access to formal knowledge, the present study aims to understand the exclusion moments witnessed by Afro-Brazilian in the Brazilian educational process during slavery and after the abolition of slavery to achieve their social advancement, at the same time rescue the participation of the black social movement in progress with the Brazilian education for rights in the fight against prejudice and their struggles in favor of a quality education. It reinforces the need for a law that provides greater specificity to the teaching of history and African culture and African descent awakening in students the cultural appreciation of our country. Through qualitative research, data collection was possible that enabled a better understanding of the social gap faced by black people. At another time the work is an account of the training of teachers on the teaching of history content and african-Brazilian culture, as an important prerequisite for the realization of the pedagogical work. Thus the Law 10.639 / 03 ensures the Afro-descendant students demystify derogatory meanings its origin created on the physical and cultural aspects of the black population.
