Abstract

Resumo: O crescimento constante dos centros urbanos e os problemas socioambientais resultaram em um afastamento do ser humano em relação à natureza. Com as cidades cada vez mais impermeabilizadas e estéreis, é comum que muitas pessoas sintam falta de um maior contato com a natureza em seu dia a dia. E em sua fase de Desenvolvimento, foram utilizadas de maneira alternada as ferramentas de representação 2D, através de sketches e croquis, e ferramentas de representação 3D, através de mockups, modelagem 3D e produção de modelos no material nal utilizando a técnica de torno. A partir de uma revisão bibliográ ca assistemática e de entrevistas com os usuários, a ideia central do projeto foi sintetizada na palavra "relações". Como resultado, foi criada uma coleção de peças cerâmicas suspensas que permitem a observação da natureza através de suas funções de vaso, bebedouro e comedouro de pássaros, representando as relações entre fauna e ora, ser humano e natureza e matéria viva e matéria inerte

Abstract: The constant growth of big urban centers paired with social and ecological problems results in a process of remoteness between human beings and nature. Cities are each day more waterproof and sterile, it is common that many people miss a greater contact with nature in their day to day lives. The present project explores the relationship between people and nature in an urban context, and, through a product, foments greater contact and observation of natural processes that can happen in a garden or balcony all the while utilizing ceramics, a material with a big baggage of cultural meanings. The methodology chosen for this project is an adaptation from the Human Centered Design approach from the american company IDEO. In its Development phase, the project altered between 2D modes of representation, such as sketches, and 3D tools, such as mockups, 3D modeling and prototyping using the f inal material in the ceramics wheel. Starting from a bibliographic revision and interviews with the users, the central idea of the project was synthesized in the word "relations".
