As políticas de formação continuada na rede municipal de ensino Campina Grande do Sul : o que dizem os professores e professoras do ensino fundamental

Resumo : O presente trabalho trás um estudo e análise sobre as políticas educacionais e programas no campo da formação continuada de professores no município de Campina Grande do Sul e no País, destacando-se a formação docente e valorização do magistério contemplando aspectos históricos, políticos e culturais. Com o objetivo de discutir as políticas educacionais e programas no campo da formação de professores foram realizadas entrevistas com os professores da rede municipal de ensino sobre a formação continuada no município. A base teórica que compõe este trabalho está subsidiada na contribuição dos seguintes autores: Louro (2004), Tanuri (2001), Nóvoa (1991) e Saviani (2009). A pesquisa foi de caráter qualitativo envolvendo a análise documental e a coleta de dados por meio de entrevistas realizadas com os professores. A avaliação dos professores participantes das entrevistas indicou que apesar de ainda existirem fragilidades, o processo de formação continuada é uma valiosa oportunidade de aprendizagem, oferecendo aos professores a possibilidade de dar sentido à sua prática pedagógica e refletir sobre a importância de suas ações para a promoção uma educação de qualidade. O investimento na formação continuada dos professores reverte-se em práticas pedagógicas conscientes e comprometidas com a efetivação de um ensino significativo de qualidade. Abstract : This paper presents a study and analysis of the educational policies and programs in the field of continuing teacher education in the city of Campina Grande do Sul and in the country, highlighting teacher education and valorization of the teaching profession, taking into account historical, political and cultural aspects. In order to discuss educational policies and programs in the field of teacher training, interviews were conducted with the teachers of the municipal education network on continuing education in the municipality. The theoretical base that compose this work is subsidized in the contribution of the following authors: Louro (2004), Tanuri (2001), Nóvoa (1991) and Saviani (2009). The research was qualitative, involving documentary analysis and data collection through interviews with teachers. The evaluation of the teachers participating in the interviews indicated that although there are still weaknesses, the process of continuing education is a valuable learning opportunity, offering teachers the possibility to give meaning to their pedagogical practice and to reflect on the importance of their actions for the promotion quality education. The investment in the continuous formation of the teachers reverberates in pedagogical practices conscious and committed with the accomplishment of a significant teaching of quality.
