Estratificação da vulnerabilidade clínico-funcional da pessoa idosa : e-book interativo para enfermeiros da atenção primária à saúde

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho apresenta como Produção Técnica Tecnológica material didático, do tipo e-book interativo, com a finalidade de qualificar a consulta de enfermagem às pessoas idosas na Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS). Objetivo: desenvolver e-book interativo para enfermeiros na APS, sobre avaliação da pessoa idosa a partir da estratificação da vulnerabilidade clínico funcional. Materiais e método: trata-se de pesquisa metodológica aplicada, com elaboração de e-book interativo para estratificação da saúde do idoso na atenção primária à saúde, seguido da validação de conteúdo e aparência do material por juízes especialistas. Foi realizada na APS do município de Curitiba (Paraná), os participantes foram treze juízes especialistas do território nacional, a partir de critérios de inclusão e exclusão previamente estabelecidos. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida em duas fases: Fase 1) Construção da tecnologia educacional no formato de e book interativo, em que foram investigados os instrumentos de avaliação clínico-funcional da pessoa idosa na APS; realizou-se busca pelos materiais a serem utilizados na tecnologia educacional proposta, a partir de revisão integrativa; assim como a criação do conteúdo, com produção e adaptação de recursos e materiais didáticos; e Fase 2) Validação do conteúdo e aparência do e-book por juízes especialistas. A coleta de dados abrangeu os meses de outubro de 2024 a março de 2025. A análise dos dados de validação de conteúdo e aparência utilizou o cálculo do Índice de Validade de Conteúdo (IVC). A pesquisa vincula-se ao projeto matriz Cuidado de enfermagem centrado na pessoa idosa na Atenção Primária à Saúde, aprovado em Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade Federal do Paraná e Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Curitiba, respeitando a Resolução vigente da Comissão Nacional de Ética em Pesquisa do Conselho Nacional de Saúde. Resultados: emergiram duas produções, uma revisão integrativa da literatura sobre os instrumentos de estratificação da vulnerabilidade clínico funcional da pessoa idosa na APS e um e-book interativo direcionado aos enfermeiros da atenção primária à saúde, visando auxiliar na estratificação clínico-funcional da saúde da pessoa idosa, promovendo a indicação de intervenções multidisciplinares. O e-book é composto por onze tópicos, trazendo a contextualização do envelhecimento, os instrumentos recomendados para estratificação da vulnerabilidade clínico-funcional e a consulta de enfermagem à pessoa idosa na APS, e foi considerado satisfatório, ao obter 93,75% de concordância entre os juízes especialistas. O produto foi registrado na Câmara Brasileira do livro (ISBN 978-65-01-60805 1) e encontra-se disponível como Recurso Educacional Aberto (UFPR), na URL: https://hdl.handle.net/1884/97944. Conclusão: o e-book interativo foi validado e tem potencial para auxiliar os enfermeiros sobre os instrumentos de avaliação clínico-funcionais e qualificar a consulta de enfermagem às pessoas idosas na APS. O material didático foi desenvolvido por demanda espontânea, a partir de problema previamente identificado, não houve financiamento, possui impacto potencial, sobretudo para a área de saúde, para os profissionais enfermeiros e para as pessoas idosas atendidas na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Embora seja de abrangência local, de baixo teor inovativo e baixa complexidade, é passível de replicação para outros serviços de saúde no país e encontra-se disponível para teste / implementação pelos serviços

Abstract: This research presents an interactive e-book as a technological teaching resource, with the objective of improving nursing consultations for elderly people in primary health care (PHC). Objective: to develop an interactive e-book for nurses in PHC on the assessment of elderly people based on the stratification of clinical and functional vulnerability. Materials and method: this is applied methodological research, with the development of an interactive e-book for the stratification of the health of the elderly in primary health care, followed by the validation of the content and appearance of the material by expert judges. It was carried out in PHC in the city of Curitiba (Paraná), and the participants were thirteen expert judges from across the country, based on previously established inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research was developed in two phases: Phase 1) Construction of educational technology in the form of an interactive e-book, in which the instruments for clinical and functional assessment of the elderly in PHC were investigated; a search was conducted for materials to be used in the proposed educational technology, based on an integrative review; as well as the creation of content, with the production and adaptation of teaching resources and materials; and Phase 2) Validation of the content and appearance of the e-book by expert judges. Data collection covered the months from October 2024 to March 2025. The analysis of the content and appearance validation data used the Content Validity Index (CVI) calculation. The research is linked to the matrix project Nursing care centered on the elderly in Primary Health Care, approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Paraná and the Municipal Health Secretary of Curitiba, in compliance with the current Resolution of the National Research Ethics Commission of the National Health Council. Results: two productions emerged, an integrative review of the literature on instruments for stratifying the clinical-functional vulnerability of older adults in PHC and an interactive e-book aimed at primary health care nurses, with the aim of assisting in the clinical-functional stratification of older adults' health, promoting the indication of multidisciplinary interventions. The e-book comprises eleven topics, providing context on aging, recommended tools for stratifying clinical and functional vulnerability, and nursing consultations for older adults in primary care. It was deemed satisfactory, obtaining a 93.75% agreement rate among expert judges. The product was registered with the Brazilian Book Chamber (ISBN 978-65-01-60805-1) and is available as an Open Educational Resource (UFPR) at the URL: https://hdl.handle.net/1884/97944. Conclusion: the interactive e-book was validated and has the potential to assist nurses with clinical-functional assessment instruments and improve nursing consultations for elderly people in PHC. The teaching material was developed in response to spontaneous demand, based on a previously identified problem. There was no funding, but it has potential impact, especially in the field of health, for nursing professionals and for elderly people receiving primary health care.
