Maturidade de conhecimento sobre as técnicas da manufatura enxuta pelas empresas de São José do Rio Preto

Abstract

Resumo : O presente trabalho tem como objetivo mensurar o nível de conhecimento das indústrias de transformação do município de São José do Rio Preto. Para isso foi elaborado o Questionário 1.0 partindo de questionários já existentes na literatura criados para diagnosticar o nível de implementação da manufatura enxuta em indústrias. Através de um teste piloto, o Questionário 1.0 foi devidamente modificado, dando origem ao Questionário 2.0. Com os resultados da intervenção de pesquisa, foi realizado uma análise dos dados utilizando ferramentas como média aritmética, desvio padrão e frequência. Com isso, obteve-se que as ferramentas mais utilizadas no segmento alimentício são Kanban e PDCA, pois 100% e 83% das indústrias analisadas do segmento utilizam as ferramentas citadas respectivamente. Já no segmento moveleiro, as ferramentas mais utilizadas são Trabalho Padronizado e Produção Puxada, sendo que 86% das indústrias analisadas do segmento utilizam cada uma das ferramentas citadas. Com essas informações, foi construído uma tabela indicando quais ferramentas da manufatura enxuta possuem mais facilidade de aplicação no município de São José do Rio Preto e quais ferramentas são mais aptas para estudos teóricos e posteriormente práticos

Abstract : The work aims to measure the level of knowledge of the transformation intentions of the municipality of São José do Rio Preto. For the elaboration of the questionnaire part 1.0 which is that of all the ones already existing in the created for the diabtomy of the lean manufacturing in the level of implementation of the literature. Through a pilot test, Questionnaire 1.0 was duly modified, giving rise to Questionnaire 2.0. With the results of the research intervention, an analysis of the data was performed using tools such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation and frequency. With that, individually, the most used tools in packaging, Kanban and PDCA are 100% and 83% of the segment use as mentioned tools. In the segment, as the most used, Standardized and Pull Production are used, with 86% of the tools being tools that use each of the aforementioned segments. With this information, a table was built indicating which lean manufacturing tools are easier to apply in the municipality of São José do Rio Preto and which tools are more suitable for practical and useful studies later
