Indústria 4.0 : identificação de similaridade entre modelos de maturidade selecionados

Abstract

Resumo : O presente trabalho tem por objetivo identificar se há similaridade entre modelos maturidade, que estão voltados a temática da indústria 4.0. A pesquisa é dividida em dois passos, o primeiro visa ênfase na contextualização da indústria 4.0 e compreendimento das definições de modelos de maturidade, e o segundo passo, sendo ele o primordial da pesquisa a identificação de similaridade entre quatro modelos maturidade, sendo eles modelos voltados a temática da indústria 4.0. Com o aumento na competitividade industrial amparado pela globalização, na qual elevou o nível de exigência imposta pelo mercado mundial, houve a necessidade do desenvolvimento industrial tecnológico para se qualificar frente ao novo modelo comercial. Assim, modelos de maturidade forma elaborados tendo por serventia identificar o nível de maturidade da indústria, com a serventia no auxílio na tomada de decisão de forma ágil e segura. Por se tratar de modelos de maturidade voltados a temática da indústria 4.0, o trabalho se justifica em verificar se há similaridade entre os modelos maturidade selecionados, uma vez que não há definição concreta da indústria 4.0. A metodologia base, a ser explorada no trabalho é referente a análise documental, sustentada por uma revisão bibliográfica voltada a contextualização da indústria 4.0 e compreensão referente a modelos de maturidade. Dessa forma, a estruturação do trabalho inicialmente apresenta a revisão bibliográfica, e por fim, a realização de uma análise documental de similaridade dentre os quatro modelos de maturidade selecionados, sendo dois modelos desenvolvidos academicamente e outros dois modelos selecionados de empresas de consultoria. Por fim, são apresentadas as considerações da pesquisa, na qual o trabalho identificou em média 81,5% de similaridade entre os modelos de maturidade, porém se limita em constatar que a similaridade encontrada se mantém apenas na análise macro das informações, sem a análise da aplicação prática dos modelos selecionados

Abstract : The present work to identify whether there is similarity between maturity models, which are focused on industry 4.0. The research is divided into two steps, the first aims to emphasize the contextualization of industry 4.0 and understanding the definitions of maturity models, and the second step, being the primary research to identify similarity between four maturity models, which are models aimed at industry theme 4.0. With the increase in industrial competitiveness supported by globalization, which raised the level of demand imposed by the world market, there was the need for technological industrial development to qualify against the new business model. Thus, maturity models were elaborated with the purpose of identifying the level of maturity of the industry, with the help of helping in the decision making in an agile and safe way. As these are maturity models focused on the 4.0 industry theme, the work is justified to verify if there is similarity between the selected maturity models, since there is no concrete definition of industry 4.0. The basic methodology to be explored in this paper is documentary analysis, supported by a bibliographic review focused on the contextualization of industry 4.0 and understanding of maturity models. Thus, the structuring of the paper initially presents the bibliographic review, and finally, a documentary analysis of similarity among the four maturity models selected, being two models developed academically and two other models selected from consulting firms. Finally, the research considerations are presented, in which the work identified on average 81.5% of similarity between the maturity models, but it is limited to finding that the similarity found remains only in the macro analysis of the information, without the analysis of the practical application of the selected models
