Abstract: This research is inserted in the context of the Human Interaction Architecture in Sign Language (HCI-SL), which has one of its axes to provide interaction in sign language and the Computational Model for Signal Representation of Sign Languages (CORE - SL ), which considers a set of properties and formal conditions for using the computer for use with HCI-SL. CORE-SL presents a linguistic-computational structure for computational representation of the signal. There are a group of verbs in Libras that inflect at its morphological level, so that CORE-SL generates these signals properly, it is necessary to add the morphological processing module, which must be able to describe the rules of this linguistic level. Nowadays the Portuguese to Libras translation systems are also looking for alternatives to resolve the issue regarding morphosyntactic aspects in the generation of sentences, especially when it comes to the verb and its inflexion system, where some of the five parameters (hand configuration, articulation point, hands orientation, movement and non-manual expression) may change. In this context, this research presents the Lex-Libras, a grammar, that is, a transcription system capable of describing the morphosyntactic level of Libras through a set of rules described in the form of attributes with their respective values. For the description, Lex-Libras used as input the phonological model already presented in CORE-SL. The rules described shold be used for the construction of the sign in a semi-automatic translation process making it able to computational implementation through an intelligent avatar, the rules can also be used as input for the construction of the sentence at the next linguistic level. This researche presents: a research reviews were made on the HCI-SL architecture and state-of-the-art research on processing the linguistic code of Libras. The conceptual model in a tree format, the formal model through EBNF (Formalismo Backus Naum Extended). Additionally, a lexical description (initial study) was also presented in LFG (Functional Lexical Grammar) for Libras, a proposal for integration with the Signal Generation tool (CORE-SL-Sign Register) and finally the encoding of this register in JSON as a conceptual validation.pt_BR
