Tecnologia digital para adesão da terapia antirretroviral por pessoas vivendo com HIV : série de vídeos no TikTok

Abstract

Resumo: Esta pesquisa trata do desenvolvimento de uma tecnologia social, pois promove inclusão social e cidadania. Tem como finalidade a adesão à terapia antirretroviral por pessoas que vivem com HIV, materializada por meio de uma série de vídeos para a rede social TikTok, amplamente utilizada pelos jovens para buscar e compartilhar informações de saúde, sendo portanto apropriada para a população alvo. Teve como objetivo desenvolver tecnologia digital, para encorajar pessoas que vivem com HIV para adesão da terapia antirretroviral. Como método optou-se pela pesquisa metodológica desenvolvida com apoio de outras áreas do conhecimento como design, produção de vídeo e áudio e editoração de texto, cumprindo três fases: fase (i) – Pré-produção, que constituiu duas etapas: revisão de literatura, para identificar quais fatores que interferem na adesão ao tratamento antirretroviral; produção do conteúdo para mídia digital; fase (ii) – Produção, que estabeleceu a criação dos vídeos, seguindo as etapas: abertura da conta do tiktok; seleção de imagens; produção dos vídeos e áudio; editoração final; fase (iii): Pós-produçao, quando realizaram-se o registro da tecnologia e a disponibilização na rede social TikTok. Como resultados obteve-se 12 vídeos curtos de animação, com conteúdo fundamentado nas melhores evidências disponíveis, que possibilitam o uso como ferramenta para educação em saúde, por meio de conteúdo objetivo e de fácil acesso. Como conclusão a tecnologia desenvolvida tem potencial para auxiliar pessoas que vivem com HIV compeender o tratamento e a importância na adesão à terapia antirretroviral para qualidade de vida e o propósito de ficar indetectável. A tecnologia tem aderência com a linha de pesquisa tecnologia e inovação em saúde e, é possível replicar para outros temas que exija material atualizado e de fácil acesso. A característica inovatória se dá pela criação de vídeos curtos, para uso em uma rede social amplamente utilizada pelo público alvo, de abrangência nacional e internacional, com conteúdo confiável e aberto a toda comunidade. Tem impacto científico, social e na educação, com contribuição de novos conhecimentos para a prática de enfermagem pautada em evidências científicas, sendo aplicável em diferentes cenários de cuidados à saúde, por seu baixo custo. Contribui, ainda, para encorajar outros profissionais para a inovação no processo de promover adesão a diferentes tipos de tratamento

Abstract: This research deals with the development of a social technology, as it promotes social inclusion and citizenship. Its purpose is to encourage adherence to antiretroviral therapy by people living with HIV, materialized through a series of videos for the social network TikTok, widely used by young people to seek and share health information, and is therefore appropriate for the target population. The aim was to develop digital technology to encourage people living with HIV to adhere to antiretroviral therapy. As a method, we opted for methodological research developed with the support of other areas of knowledge such as design, video and audio production and text editing, in three phases: phase (i) - Pre-production, which consisted of two stages: literature review, to identify which factors interfere with adherence to antiretroviral treatment; productin of content for digital media; phase (ii) - Production, which established the creation of the videos, following the steps: opening the tiktok account; image selection; video and audio production; final editing; phase (iii): Post-production, when the technology was recorded and made available on the TikTok social network. The results were 12 short animated videos, with content based on the best available evidence, which can be used as a tool for health education, through objective and easily accessible content. In conclusion, the technology developed has the potential to help people living with HIV understand treatment and the importance of adhering to antiretroviral therapy for quality of life and the goal of becoming undetectable. The technology adheres to the research line technology and innovation in health and can be replicated for other topics that require up-to-date and easily accessible material. The innovative feature is the creation of short videos, for use on a social network widely used by the target audience, with national and international coverage, with reliable content and open to the entire community. It has a scientific, social and educational impact, contributing new knowledge to nursing practice based on scientific evidence, being applicable in different health care scenarios, due to its low cost. It also contributes to encouraging other professionals to innovate in the process of promoting adherence to different types of treatment
