dc.description.abstractResponding to the lack of academic literature about sustainable services in convenience stores, this preliminary study explores the current situation for sustainable services and initiatives among convenience stores in Japan and Australia. More specifically, the paper explores the potentials for enabling collaborative consumption and product-service systems in convenience retailing spaces.
