O aprofundar da consciência histórica a partir da alteridade : uma proposta didática sobre as igrejas orientais ortodoxas

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho tem por objetivo discutir e defender o uso do ensino de história, fundamentado didática, metodológica e teoricamente como meio de aprofundamento da consciência histórica dos estudantes a partir da alteridade, mobilizando como meio de reflexão a história e a cultura das Igrejas Orientais Ortodoxas. O produto final da presente dissertação tratar-se-á de um material didático sobre essas comunidades, a ser trabalhado entre alunos da educação básica do Ensino Fundamental 2 ou Ensino Médio, levando a uma discussão sobre como o cristianismo se constituiu de forma diversificada e plural histórica e culturalmente. O eixo teórico-metodológico que embasa nossas investigações é constituído, no campo da investigação histórica, pela história cultural – com particular atenção às noções de práticas e representações – e pela religião material. No campo de investigação do ensino de história, desenvolvemos reflexões junto às discussões sobre a formação da consciência histórica com atenção à função que a alteridade nela desempenha. O trabalho também objetiva contribuir para a construção de um cenário de solidariedade e conhecimento mútuo entre diversos grupos religiosos no cenário brasileiro contemporâneo, ao fazer conexões com as realidades de diversidade cultural que devem ser atendidas por competências e habilidades estabelecidas na Base Nacional Comum Curricular.

Abstract: The present work aims to discuss and defend the use of history teaching, based didactically, methodologically and theoretically as a means of deepening students' historical consciousness based on alterity., mobilizing it as a mean of reflection on the history and culture of the Oriental Orthodox Churches. The final product of this dissertation will be a didactic material about these communities, to be worked among students of basic education of Elementary School or High School, leading to a discussion about how Christianity was constituted in a diverse and plural way historically and culturally. The theoretical-methodological axis that underlies our investigations is constituted, in the field of historical research, by cultural history - with particular attention to the notions of practices and representations - and by material religion. In the field of history teaching, we develop reflections on the discussions about the formation of historical consciousness with attention to the role that alterity plays in it. The work also aims to contribute to the construction of a scenario of solidarity and mutual knowledge among diverse religious groups in the contemporary Brazilian scenario, by making connections with the realities of cultural diversity that must be met by competences and skills established in the National Common Curricular Base.
