Urbanização de espaço informal de moradia : Vila Jardim Acrópole - Curitiba (PR)

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho tem como objetivo a compreensão acerca do tema da urbanização de espaços informais de moradia, sua dinâmica de formação e seus problemas inerentes, através da análise de um assentamento informal em Área de Proteção Ambiental - APA, no município de Curitiba. O objetivo geral do trabalho é fornecer diretrizes para um projeto de urbanização na Vila Jardim Acrópole no bairro Cajuru que promova a mitigação dos problemas urbanos e ambientais gerados pela ocupação à margem das normas urbanísticas e pela segregação socioambiental por qual passam os assentamentos.

Abstract: The objective of the present study is to understand the practice of urbanization of informal settlements, along with the related dinamics of its birth and the problems it presents, through the analisys of a specific slum settlement situated in an environmental protected area in the city of Curitiba. The main goal of this research is to endorse a project of urbanization for Vila Jardim Acrópole in the Cajuru neighborhood. The project will focus on promoting the mitigation of the urban and environmental evils the slums face, caused by the uncontrolled occupation and by envinronmental and social segregation.
