A influência das redes sociais no desempenho profissional dos funcionários de uma delegacia de polícia

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho busca identificar e descrever o uso da Rede Social "Facebook" no horário de expediente dos funcionários de uma delegacia de polícia, estudou-se a influência das redes sociais no desempenho dos profissionais desta área de segurança pública. Procurou-se identificar e descrever os processos de interferência das redes sociais na execução das tarefas rotineiras dos policiais; demonstrando quantitativamente e qualitativamente os resultados obtidos por meio da empiria, concomitantemente foi realizada a análise das contribuições e desafios do uso das redes sociais no trabalho diário dos policiais, embasando-se em questionários sobre o uso da rede social Facebook. Optamos por entrevistas semiestruturadas, com o objetivo de validar os dados obtidos por esta. Durante a aplicação da pesquisa procurou-se verificar as dificuldades e facilidades proporcionadas no uso do site em paralelo as atividades.

Abstract: The present work sought to identify and describe the use of the social network, Facebook, during the working hours of the employees of a police station. The influence of social networks on the performance of professionals in the area of public security was widely studied. It was sought to identify and describe the processes of interference of social networks in implementing the routine tasks of the police; demonstrate quantitatively and qualitatively the results obtained by empirical research, the contributions and challenges of using social media in the daily work of police officers were analyzed and was held basing on questionnaires about the use of social network Facebook. We chose semi-structured interviews where the main goal was to validate the data obtained. During the application of the research, it was sought to verify the difficulties and facilities provided in the use of the site in parallel activities.
