A educação ambiental na educação física e nas políticas públicas educacionais da rede municipal de Paranaguá-PR

Abstract

Resumo: Esta pesquisa analisou as Políticas Públicas referentes à Educação Ambiental e ao componente curricular de Educação Física da rede municipal de ensino de Paranaguá - Paraná. O objetivo foi analisar como aconteceu a inserção da temática ambiental nas aulas dessa disciplina em 2022. Parte-se do pressuposto que a promoção em todos os níveis de ensino de conteúdos que contextualizem a Educação Ambiental potencializa o ser humano para um aspecto respeitoso ao ambiente para cumprir o seu direito como cidadão. A escola é um cenário de ensinoaprendizagem que proporciona vivências concretas de intervenção, por isso existem possibilidades de disseminação de conhecimento e envolvimento dos atores para além das paredes da escola. Sob a luz de referenciais teóricos acerca da Educação Ambiental e a Educação Física, iniciou-se a primeira etapa da coleta de dados, por meio de um questionário on-line que foi respondido por 93% dos professores e professoras da população alvo. Em seguida, realizou-se uma pesquisa documental na qual foram analisados, a partir de categorias, o currículo municipal de Paranaguá e os projetos políticos pedagógicos das escolas. A segunda etapa, considerando a possibilidade de aproxima-se mais da realidade investigada, deu-se por meio de entrevistas com três professores e uma professora, com perguntas elaboradas conforme as respostas ao questionário on-line e sobre a análise do projeto político pedagógico das escolas em que os mesmos atuam. Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que a Educação Ambiental se encontra dispersa entre as práticas pedagógicas e as políticas públicas educacionais, os professores e professoras revelam carência de referências e conhecimentos que possibilitem o direcionamento de temáticas ambientais nas práticas corporais das aulas de Educação Física.

Abstract: This research analyzed the Public Policies relating to Environmental Education and the Physical Education curricular component of the Municipal Education Network of the Paranaguá - Paraná. The objective was to analyze how the inclusion of environmental themes in the classes of this subject in 2022 happened. It is based on the assumption that the promotion at all levels of teaching of content that contextualizes Environmental Education empowers human beings to have a respectful aspect of the environment to fulfill your right as a citizen. The school is a teaching-learning scenario that provides concrete experiences of intervention, so there are possibilities for disseminating knowledge and involving actors beyond the school walls. In the light of theoretical references about Environmental Education and Physical Education, the first stage of data collection began, through an online questionnaire that was answered by 93% of the teachers in the target population. Then, a documentary research was carried out in which the municipal curriculum of Paranaguá and the schools' political pedagogical projects were analyzed, based on categories. The second stage, considering the possibility of getting closer to the reality investigated, took place through interviews with three teachers and one teacher, with questions prepared according to the answers to the online questionnaire and on the analysis of the political pedagogical project of the schools in which they work. The research results show that Environmental Education is dispersed between pedagogical practices and public educational policies, teachers reveal a lack of references and knowledge that enable the targeting of environmental themes in physical practices in Physical Education classes.
