Ecofeminismo e a formação do sujeito ecológico

Abstract

Resumo : Desde tenra idade, a presença marcante da representatividade feminina permeou minha vida, levando-me a refletir sobre a possibilidade de Deus ser uma mulher. Sem menosprezar a ausência do meu pai, reconheço a responsabilidade e a força inabalável das mulheres que sempre estiveram presentes em momentos cruciais. A descoberta do movimento ecofeminista revelou que esse tema, de certa forma, sempre esteve entrelaçado à minha história, escolhendo-me com base em minha trajetória de vida. Dito isso, a pesquisa delineada parte da premissa de que os pensamentos feministas são intrinsecamente históricos, refletindo séculos de exploração dos corpos femininos. O ecofeminismo, por sua vez, surge como uma vertente que não apenas critica as estruturas vigentes, mas também inova o entendimento tradicional do feminismo. Originado em movimentos ativistas liderados por mulheres, integra-se ao crescente reconhecimento das questões de gênero e sexismo nos âmbitos ambiental e animal. Os objetivos deste trabalho concentram-se na investigação das contribuições das teorias ecofeministas para a educação ambiental. Isso implica na seleção criteriosa de artigos que adotam a perspectiva ecofeminista, na identificação de intersecções entre educação ambiental e ecofeminismo, e na discussão sobre como o ecofeminismo contribui para a formação de sujeitos ecológicos. A abordagem qualitativa escolhida para esta revisão bibliográfica, embasada nas diretrizes de Godoy e Minayo, visa compreender holisticamente os fenômenos em análise, reconhecendo a pesquisa como um processo "tateante" que gera resultados e critérios progressivamente mais detalhados. A coleta de dados envolveu a pesquisa em bases de dados relevantes, como a Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações, e revistas especializadas, utilizando palavras-chave específicas. A análise de conteúdo, fundamentada em Minayo, permitiu identificar padrões, temas e tendências nos últimos dez anos. Os resultados revelam não apenas relações diretas com o ecofeminismo, mas também tendências por áreas do conhecimento, a quantidade de publicações anuais e as relações com a educação ambiental e a formação do sujeito ecológico. O trabalho atinge seus objetivos ao identificar que os ecofeminismos enriquecem o campo da educação ambiental. Contudo, ressalta-se a necessidade de mais discussões sobre esse segmento, pois transcende a categorização de uma teoria crítica, manifestando-se como uma lente interpretativa essencial para impulsionar a transformação no mundo

Abstract : Since a young age, the impactful presence of female representation has permeated my life, leading me to ponder the possibility of God being a woman. Without diminishing the absence of my father, I acknowledge the responsibility and unwavering strength of the women who have always been present in crucial moments. The discovery of the ecofeminist movement revealed that this theme, in a way, has always been intertwined with my history, choosing me based on my life journey. With that said, the outlined research starts from the premise that feminist thoughts are inherently historical, reflecting centuries of the exploitation of female bodies. Ecofeminism, in turn, emerges as a branch that not only critiques existing structures but also innovates the traditional understanding of feminism. Originating from activist movements led by women, it aligns with the growing recognition of gender and sexism issues in the environmental and animal realms. The objectives of this work focus on investigating the contributions of ecofeminist theories to environmental education. This implies the meticulous selection of articles adopting an ecofeminist perspective, identifying intersections between environmental education and ecofeminism, and discussing how ecofeminism contributes to the development of ecological subjects. The chosen qualitative approach for this literature review, grounded in the guidelines of Godoy and Minayo, aims to holistically comprehend the phenomena under analysis, recognizing research as a "tentative" process that generates progressively detailed results and criteria. Data collection involved research in relevant databases such as the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations and specialized journals, using specific keywords. Content analysis, based on Minayo, enabled the identification of patterns, themes, and trends over the last decade. The results reveal not only direct connections with ecofeminism but also trends in different knowledge areas, the quantity of annual publications, and relationships with environmental education and the formation of the ecological subject. The work achieves its goals by identifying that ecofeminisms enrich the field of environmental education. However, it is emphasized the need for further discussions on this segment, as it transcends the categorization of a critical theory, manifesting itself as an essential interpretative lens to propel transformation in the world
