Motivação : um estudo de caso com um aluno de teclado, em aula individual durante a pandemia da COVID-19

Abstract

Resumo : O tema deste trabalho surgiu a partir de uma experiência docente que desencadeou no professor uma inquietação e curiosidade no sentido de descobrir meios de motivar seu aluno de teclado que enfrentava dificuldades no processo de aprendizagem e consequentemente estava desmotivado para o estudo. Para construir esta pesquisa, apresentam-se o relato da situação e metodologias utilizadas pelo professor durante o processo de adaptação das aulas frente a pandemia da covid-19 e o retorno às aulas presenciais após a imunização e diminuição dos riscos à saúde. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é investigar os aspectos motivacionais de um aluno de teclado em período de pandemia. O referencial teórico utilizado para o trabalho foi baseado na teoria da autodeterminação e a metodologia adotada foi o estudo de caso qualitativo. Os resultados alcançados através das estratégias utilizadas pelo professor foram satisfatórios, pois demostraram a elevação do nível de motivação do discente e revelaram a importância de um posicionamento responsável e atento por parte do professor em relação ao seu aluno

Abstract : The theme of this work arose from a teaching experience that triggered in the teacher a restlessness and curiosity in order to discover ways to motivate his keyboard student who faced difficulties in the learning process and consequently was unmotivated for the study. To build this research, the report is presented of the situation and methodologies used by the teacher during the process of adapting classes in the time of the Covid-19 pandemic and the return of in-person classes after immunization and reduction of health risks. The general objective of the research is to investigate the motivational aspects of a keyboard student in a pandemic period. The theoretical framework used for the work was based on the theory of self-determination and the methodology adopted was the qualitative case study. The results achieved through the strategies used by the teacher were satisfactory, as they demonstrated the elevation of the student's motivation level and revealed the importance of a responsible and attentive positioning of the teacher in regard to his student
