O uso da robótica educacional no ensino da matemática

Abstract

Resumo : Este trabalho apresenta o resultado de uma pesquisa realizada com o objetivo de demonstrar a importância e benefícios do uso da robótica educacional no processo de ensino da matemática, e se essa ferramenta já vem sendo utilizada e como isso acontece. Para isso em um primeiro momento é realizado um aporte teórico levantando dados históricos sobre a robótica educacional e também uma consulta ao Banco de dados da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior – CAPES. Em seguida, por meio de uma entrevista online, foram coletadas informações de professores que já utilizam a robótica educacional como ferramenta no processo de ensino da matemática e de professores que não utilizam tal ferramenta, a fim de realizar uma triangulação com os dados teóricos obtidos e a entrevista dos professores. Como resultado da pesquisa foi possível entender como a robótica educacional vem sendo aplicada no processo de ensino de matemática e os benefícios que ela traz tanto em conteúdos matemáticos, como no meio sócio emocional dos alunos.

Abstract: This paper presents the results of a research carried out with the objective of demonstrating the importance and benefits of the use of educational robotics in the process of teaching mathematics, and if this tool has already been used and how it happens. To this end, a theoretical contribution is made by raising historical data on educational robotics and also by consulting the Database of the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel - CAPES. Then, through an online interview, information was collected from teachers who already use educational robotics as a tool in the process of teaching mathematics and from teachers who do not use such a tool in order to perform a triangulation with the theoretical data obtained and the teachers' interview. As a result of the research it was possible to understand how educational robotics has been applied in the process of teaching mathematics and the benefits it brings both in mathematical contents and in the socio-emotional environment of the students
