Um olhar para a formação continuada em matemática de professores de 5º e 6º anos do ensino fundamental

Abstract

Resumo : O presente trabalho propõe uma reflexão sobre como são as formações continuadas para professores de 5º e 6º Anos do Ensino Fundamental. Disto, percebendo as dificuldades de ensino/aprendizagem da Matemática nesta faixa de ensino, o objetivo é identificar as diferenças de abordagem na formação continuada destes professores sobre o ensino da Matemática, percebendo a utilização das metodologias e tendências nas formações. Com isso, serão realizadas entrevistas com professores desta faixa de ensino para discutir sobre suas vivências com formações continuadas que fizeram, além de suas visões de uma formação que lhes interesse e estimulem a sua prática docente. Baseados nos estudos de Joana Romanowski e de Carlos Garcia sobre a formação continuada, es espera-se conhecer o que supre as necessidades formativas dos professores, a partir de suas formações continuadas, para atender as dificuldades no aprendizado dos estudantes, além de fazer observações aos trabalhos de revisão de literatura sobre investigações e propostas de formações continuadas para professores de matemática que nos basearam para a análise das entrevistas. Percebeu-se com o trabalho que os conhecimentos propostos nas formações continuadas devem ser analisados para estimular a reflexão do professor sobre sua prática docente, além que a reflexão e o planejamento desta formação, com as metodologias de ensino, coloque o professor com papel ativo nelas, contribuindo para um aprendizado em que o conhecimento pedagógico e o conhecimento específico do conteúdo sejam parte do desenvolvimento cognitivo, mental e social do professor.

Abstract: This present report proposes a reflection on what are the continuing training for teachers of 5th and 6th years of Elementary and Medium School. From this, realizing the difficulties of teaching / learning Mathematics in this range of teaching, the goal is to identify the differences in approach in the continuing training of these teachers on the teaching of Mathematics, realizing the use of methodologies and trends in training. With this, interviews will be conducted with teachers of this teaching range to discuss their experiences with continued training that they did, in addition to their visions of a training that interests them and stimulates their teaching practice. Based on the studies of Joana Romanowski and Carlos Garcia on continuing education, it is hoped to know what meets the training needs of teachers, from their continuing education, to meet the learning difficulties of students, in addition to making observations to students literature review works on investigations and proposals for continuing education for mathematics teachers who based us for the analysis of the interviews. It was realized with the work that the knowledge proposed in the continuing education should be analyzed to stimulate the reflection of the teacher about his teaching practice, in addition to the reflection and planning of this training, with the teaching methodologies, place the teacher with an active role in them, contributing to learning in which pedagogical knowledge and of the content’s specific knowledge are part of the teacher's cognitive, mental and social development.
