A função social da arquitetura : habitação popular em Curitiba

Abstract

Resumo : A reflexão sobre a problemática da habitação de interesse social, no Brasil, vai além da simples construção da mesma, observando que, a confluência de diversos fatores contribuem para sua estagnação. Esta monografia vem contribuir para o embasamento do tema em questão, apresentando uma breve explanação sobre as estratégias adotadas, para sua amenização, expondo a deficiência deste sistema. Aborda conceitos relacionados à sustentabilidade e arquitetura que, juntamente com o estudo dos fenômenos dos vazios urbanos, apoiarão o presente trabalho. A partir da análise dos temas relatados, criar-se-á a fundamentação teórica necessária para a apresentação das diretrizes norteadoras do projeto final

Abstract : The reflection over the social housing issue in Brazil, goes beyond of simply building houses, in addition to that, many factors are meeting together to make social housing stagnation. This monograph contributes to the foundation of the topic, with a brief explanation of the strategies that could be used to settle the problem, and showing the shortcoming of the actual system. Including to that, it will discuss concepts related with sustainability and architecture put together with the study of the phenomenon of "urban voids" to support this work. From the analysis of the issues above it will create the theoretical basis for the submission of final guidelines to this project
