Projeto de Urbanização do Jardim Icaray : uma proposta para consolidação do Direito à Cidade e à Moradia

Abstract

Resumo : Este trabalho busca proporcionar as bases teóricas para a elaboração do projeto de regularização e urbanização do Jardim Icaray, ocupação irregular localizada no Bairro Uberaba, em Curitiba, capital do Estado do Paraná. Inicia com uma reflexão sobre a produção do espaço urbano e da moradia no Brasil, tendo como foco a habitação popular. Em seguida são feitas análises de projetos correlatos, procurando identificar diretrizes passíveis de serem aplicadas no Jardim Icaray. Posteriormente é apresentada uma análise da área, elaborada utilizando-se a metodologia de Desenho Urbano. Finaliza-se apresentando as diretrizes a serem adotadas no projeto de urbanização

Abstract : This work wants to provide the theoretical bases for the elaboration of the regularization project and urbanization of the Jardim Icaray, irregular occupation in the Uberaba quarter, in Curitiba, capital of the State of the Paraná. It starts with a discussion on the production of the urban space and the housing in Brazil, having as focus the popular habitation. After that, analyses of the related projects are made to try identify lines of direction to be applied in the Jardim Icaray. Lately an analysis of the area is presented, created using the methodology of Urban Design. To finish, it presents the lines of direction to be adopted in the urbanization project
