O Espaço do trabalho : a produção fabril de carnes

Abstract

Resumo : A arquitetura, enquanto disciplina teórico-prática, deve ser encarada em sua totalidade tectônica e filosófica. Neste estudo, ao analisarmos o caso especifico do espaço de produção fabril de carnes, tomamos de partida a teoria marxista do trabalho, mais-valia e alienação no intuito de encontrar questões conceituais que permitam uma reflexão sobre a tipologia arquitetônica a partir da perspectiva do trabalhador. Assim, o espaço do trabalho deve ser entendido não só em sua dimensão física, mas também nas consequências e experiências relacionadas ao usuário. Também, através do estudo do mercado de proteína animal encontramos um nicho, da produção de carne de avestruz, como alternativa viável de implementação de um frigorifico. Por fim, encontramos na liturgia legal amparos para orientar medidas iniciais de proteção ao trabalho e ao trabalhador, tentando dialogar com os limites impostos pelas relações sociais de produção

Abstract : Architecture, as a theoretical-practical discipline, must be seen in its tectonic and philosophical totality. In this study, when analyzing the specific case of the space of meat factory production, we use as base point the Marxist theory of labor, surplus value and alienation in order to find conceptual questions that allow a reflection of the architectural typology from the perspective of the worker. Thus, the space of work must be understood not only in its physical dimension, but also in the consequences and experiences related to the user. Also, through the study of the animal protein market we find a niche, ostrich meat production, as a viable alternative to the implementation of a slaughterhouse. Finally, we find in the liturgy legal support to guide initial measures of protection to work and the worker, trying to dialogue with the limits imposed by the social relations of production
