Acolhimento institucional : reflexões sobre a criança e o espaço-ambiente

Abstract

Resumo : O presente trabalho consiste num estudo das relações entre o quadro de institucionalização infantil e a influência do meio - externo e interno – na formação do caráter e da identidade das crianças, sobretudo aquelas em situações de risco e vulnerabilidade social, afastadas dos familiares por meio de medida protetiva. Enquanto método, a pesquisa vai investigar como o Estado interfere nesse processo e explanar formas de contornar a ruptura da relação criança-família através da reintegração do menor com o meio durante o período de acolhimento, mas também no momento do egresso. O trabalho visa aproximar a arquitetura da necessidade de transformar menores em risco social em cidadãos íntegros, haja vista a importância que o lúdico, a cultura, o esporte e o lazer possuem em favor da inclusão social. Através da análise de correlatos de obras e da área de implantação, foram elaboradas diretrizes projetuais, as quais embasarão o projeto arquitetônico a ser elaborado em tempo futuro como requisito final do curso de graduação. Ofício que envolve esforços multidisciplinares, a arquitetura será abordada como a materialização espacial de ideias e demandas (funcionais e sociais), mas especialmente do ideário infantil. Assim, por meio dela, o projeto partirá da desconstrução do que se pensa sobre a tipologia das edificações de caráter institucional, considerando as relações existentes entre o contexto, o conviver e o aprender

Abstract : The present work consists of a study of the relationship between the child institutionalization framework and the influence of the external and internal context on the formation of children's character and identity, especially those in risk and social vulnerability situations, separated from family members through protective measure. As a method, the research will investigate how the State interferes in this process and explain ways of getting around the rupture of the child-family relationship through the reintegration of the child with the environment during the host period, but also at the time of egress. The work aims to bring the architecture closer to the need to transform the vulnerable minors into upstanding citizens, in view of the importance that culture, sport, ludic and leisure have in favor of social inclusion. Through the analysis of the architectural works and of the area of implantation, design guidelines were elaborated, which will base the architectural project to be developed in future as a final requirement of the undergraduate course. Exercise that involves multidisciplinary efforts, architecture will be approached as the spatial materialization of ideas and (functional and social)demands, but especially of children's ideology. Thus, through this, the project will stem from deconstruction of what is thought about the typology of institutional buildings, considering the relationships between context, interaction and learning
