Centro dia para idosos

Abstract

Resumo : O presente trabalho tem como finalidade elaboração de um Centro Dia para Idosos. Apresenta conceitos relativos ao envelhecimento e a importância da qualidade de vida do público alvo, suas necessidades e características, pesquisando o histórico de instituições para idosos no Brasil e no mundo. O trabalho reuni aspectos sobre possíveis soluções arquitetônicas para gerar acessibilidade, qualidade para atendimento ao idoso, integração entre a terceira idade e o restante da comunidade e desenvolvimento pessoal, respondendo às necessidades físicas, psicológicas e sociais decorrentes do processo de envelhecimento. No desenvolvimento da base teórica foram analisados três estudos de casos, quais apresentam aspecto teórico conceitual e programático, juntamente com a interpretação da realidade, desenvolvimento de diretrizes projetuais que se definem pela escolha do terreno para a implantação da proposta e definição do programa arquitetônico

Abstract : The present work has the purpose of elaborating a Day Center for the Elderly. It presents concepts related to aging and the importance of the quality of life of the target public, its needs and characteristics, researching the history of institutions for the elderly in Brazil and in the world. The work brings together aspects about possible architectural solutions to generate accessibility, quality for elderly care, integration between the elderly and the rest of the community and personal development, responding to the physical, psychological and social needs arising from the aging process. In the development of the theoretical basis, three case studies were analyzed, which present a conceptual and programmatic theoretical aspect, together with the interpretation of reality, development of design guidelines that are defined by the choice of terrain for the implementation of the proposal and definition of the architectural program
