Espaço de coworking para arquitetos e designers em Curitiba

Abstract

Resumo : Esta pesquisa discute uma nova tipologia de espaço de trabalho que vem sendo usada com mais frequência nos últimos anos, o coworking. Com o objetivo de conceituá-lo teoricamente, faz-se uma análise histórica da arquitetura dos escritórios, bem como da evolução das tecnologias como grande influenciadora das mudanças ocorridas nos locais de trabalho. Além disso, através de variados estudos de caso, trata-se de aspectos arquitetônicos espaciais que contribuem para a criação de um ambiente agradável, estimulante e produtivo para seus usuários, muitas vezes profissionais em inicio de carreira ou empresas start-ups. A fim de entender o contexto em que esta nova tipologia de espaço de trabalho se insere em Curitiba, faz-se uma análise dos espaços existentes na cidade, tanto quantitativamente como também com relação à que tipo de profissionais eles se dirigem e aos locais em que estão mais concentrados. Percebe-se que geralmente eles se localizam em áreas comercial e culturalmente ativas, com intenso fluxo de pessoas, mas também com facilidade de acesso desde os bairros mais residenciais. Por fim, através da interpretação de todos os dados obtidos com a pesquisa, definem-se necessidades programáticas e diretrizes de projeto que contribuirão para a tomada de um partido arquitetônico para posterior desenvolvimento de um projeto de mesma tipologia

Abstract : The present research is about a new typology of workspace that has been being frequently used in last past years – the coworking space. Aiming to theoretically conceptualize it, there is a historical analysis of the architecture of workspaces, as well as of the evolution of technology as an influence in the space changes. Besides, through some study cases, we can observe the architectural elements that contribute to the creation of a pleasant, stimulant and productive space, for professionals whichare usually in the beginning of their careers. In order to understand the context in which this new typology of space is situated, there is an analysis of the spaces around Curitiba, trying to understand aspects that contribute to a certain distribution pattern. Usually, they are located in areas that are well equipped with services and that are culturally active. Therefore, creating and demanding an intense flow of people. Finally, through the interpretation of all the data gained during the research, we can establish the guidelines that will be used during the development of a new coworking space in the city
