Abstract

Resumo : Esta monografia trata de um estudo sobre o ensino de artes visuais e música na contemporaneidade, sua história, bem como a sua relação com o espaço da escola de arte, visando oferecer o apoio necessário ao pesquisador para o projeto arquitetônico. Através de análises de quatro obras de arquitetura correlatas, sendo três exemplos internacionais e um nacional, interpretação da realidade do cenário da arte contemporânea e música em Curitiba, da Escola de Música e Belas Artes do Paraná, berço de grandes artistas paranaenses carente de novos espaços para suas atividades, e do local de implantação do projeto, que busca ser uma resposta à lacuna cultural entre o grande público e a arte e música acadêmica, bem como gerar um espaço de profusão das artes visuais e música no centro de Curitiba, relacionando-se espacialmente com as áreas de influência dos centros artísticos centrais da cidade e com a movimentação de público

Abstract : This essay is a study on the teaching of visual arts and music in contemporaneity, its history, as well as its relationship with the space of art school trying to offer the necessary support to the researcher for the architectural project. Through the analysis of four works of similar works in architecture with three international examples and one national, interpretation of the reality of the scene of contemporary art and music in Curitiba, the School of Music and Fine Arts of Paraná, origin of great artists and lacking of new spaces for its activities, and the location for the project, which seeks to be a answer to the cultural gap between the general public and the academic art and music as well as create a space for the profusion of visual arts and music in downtown Curitiba, relating spatially with areas of influence from the artistic center of the city and moving public
