Reconstrução das máquinas biopolíticas de Giorgio Agamben : questionamentos para uma práxis política democrática

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho tem por intenção abordar o pensamento agambeniano a partir de dois elementos presentes no empreendimento Homo Sacer. Tais elementos são provenientes do conceito de máquina-dispositivo elaborado por Agamben, fruto de suas análises sobre o pensamento de Michel Foucault e da biopolítica. As máquinas-dispositivo são dispositivos bipolares, no qual cada um destes polos se encontra em constante tensão com seu oposto, produzindo zonas cinzentas. É possível identificar várias máquinas-dispositivo no pensamento de Agamben, por razões metodológicas do próprio autor. As duas máquinas trabalhadas são a jurídico-política e a antropogênica. No primeiro capítulo realiza-se uma reconstrução do pensamento agambeniano sobre o estado de exceção, sendo este o produto da máquina jurídicopolítica, constituída pelos polos nomos e anomia. Ou seja, a reconstrução tem em vista compreender o funcionamento do dispositivo agambeniano e suas tendências analíticas com relação à política. O segundo capítulo remete-se à máquina antropogênica que tenciona os polos da animalitas e humanitas, produzindo o homem e o homo sacer. Neste momento, o trabalho transita para um campo ontológico de investigação. A máquina antropogênica surge em uma obra ensaística do autor, denominada O Aberto: o homem e o animal, não pertencente ao projeto Homo Sacer. Há o trabalho de integrá-la neste, o que se faz a partir da obra O uso dos corpos. Neste momento, dialoga-se com autores fundamentais para Agamben, principalmente Aristóteles - sua análise sobre a alma e sua doutrina do ato e potência - e as investigações heideggerianas sobre as teses "o animal é pobre de mundo" e o "homem é formador de mundo", inseridas na obra Os conceitos fundamentais da metafísica. A intenção de Agamben é estagnar as máquinas-dispositivo e, portanto, interromper os processos biopolíticos e tanatopolíticos. As propostas agambenianas para realização de sua intenção são analisadas ao final deste capítulo, a partir da ontologia modal desenvolvida pelo autor e de base espinosista. O terceiro capítulo tem por objetivo investigar criticamente os caminhos agambenianos e suas fronteiras. Dialogase com outros autores, como Heidegger, mas também Foucault, Dardot e Laval, Judith Butler entre outros. Assim, pretende-se identificar a utilidade e os limites do pensamento de Agamben no contexto politico atual, da democracia representativa.

Abstract: The presente work has the intention to approach the agambenian thought from two elements present in the Homo Sacer enterprise. Those elements is coming from the concept of machinedevice elaborated by Agamben, product of his analysis about Michel Foucault thought and biopolitics. The machine-device is bipolar devices in which each poles is in constant tension with their opposite, producing gray areas. It is possible to identify several machine-devices in Agamben thought, for methodological reasons of the author himself. The two machines worked is the legal-political and the anthropogenic. In the first chapter, a reconstruction of the agambenian thought about exception state is performed, being these the product of legalpolitical machine, constituted by the nomos and anomie poles. In other words, the reconstruction has in view to understand the operation of agambenian device and his analytical tendencies on relation to politics. The second chapter refers to the anthropogenic machine whose tensions the animalitas and humanitas poles, producing the human being and the homo sacer. At this moment, the work transit to an ontological field of investigation. The anthropogenic machine appears in an assay work of author, called The Open: Man and Animal, not belonging to the homo sacer project. There is the effort to integrate it on these, what is done from The use of bodies work. At this moment, dialogue with fundamental author to Agamben, mainly Aristotle - his analysis about the soul and the doctrine of act and potencie - and heideggerians investigations about "the animal is poor of world" and "the man is world maker" thesis, inserted in The fundamental concepts of methapysics work. The Agamben's intention is to stagnate the machine-devices and therefore interrupt the biopolitics and tanatopolitics process. The agambenian proposal to realize his intention is analyzed in the end of this chapter from the modal ontology with espinosian bases. The third chapter aims to investigate critically the agambenian ways and borders. Dialogues with others authors, as Heidgger, but Foucault, Dardot and Laval, Judith Butler among others too. Therfore, it is intented to identify the usefulness and limits of Agamben's thought on the current political context, of representative democracy.
