Resumo : Em nossa Start Up, procuramos agregar valor e trazer benefícios para os nossos clientes fazendo com que eles economizem mensalmente em suas contas de energia elétrica e ao mesmo tempo contribuindo positivamente para o meio ambiente gerando energia renovável. Nossos clientes são quaisquer pessoas que procuram economia na conta de energia elétrica com consumo aproximado de 240 kwh por mês, podendo instalar nosso sistema em sua residência, escritório ou pequena industria. Além de painéis solares e microgeradores eólicos confiáveis, para o bom funcionamento do negócio, é necessário fazer uma análise minuciosa de qual sistema é adequado para cada cliente e local de instalação. Para que isso ocorra, uma equipe de experts em projetos e instalações deve fazer parte da nossa equipe. Ao longo do tempo, tem-se a necessidade de manutentores do sistema e estoque de peças. Precisamos também tem uma logística inteligente tanto para o recebimento dos equipamentos quanto para entrega dos mesmos nos locais de instalação. Basicamente nossa receita virá do aluguel mensal do sistema híbrido eólicosolar. Teremos também a possibilidade venda dos kit minigeradores, onde será cobrada um manutenção semestral do sistema. Visando o maior lucro e rentabilidade do negócio, o foco será nas assinaturas mensais de 240 - 250 kwh com payback de 4 anos. O Valor Liquido Presente (VLP) é de aproximadamente 352, a Taxa Interna de Retorno (TIR) é de aproximadamente 81.75% com investimento inicial de R$ 150.000,00.

Abstract : In our Start Up, we seek to add value and bring benefits to our customers by making them save monthly on their electricity bills and at the same time positively contributing to the environment by generating renewable energy. Our customers are anyone looking for savings in the electric bill with an approximate consumption of 240 kwh per month, being able to install our system in their home, office or small industry. In addition to reliable solar panels and micro wind generators, for the business to function properly, it is necessary to make a thorough analysis of which system is suitable for each customer and installation location. For this to happen, a team of experts in projects and installations must be part of our team. Over time, there is a need for system maintainers and parts stock. We also need smart logistics for both receiving equipment and delivering it to installation locations. Basically, our revenue will come from the monthly rental of the wind-solar hybrid system. We will also have the possibility to sell mini-generator kits, where a half-yearly maintenance of the system will be charged. Aiming at the highest profit and profitability of the business, the focus will be on monthly subscriptions of 240 - 250 kwh with a 4-year payback. The Net Present Value (VLP) is approximately 352, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is approximately 81.75% with an initial investment of R $ 150,000.00.
