The objective of this study was to assess the quality of life of patients who use antiresorptive and antiangiogenic medications with or without the development of ONAM. Sixtytwo patients diagnosed with cancer who used these medications were included in the survey and answered three instruments from the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC), the first questionnaire (QLQ-C30) aimed to measure quality of life general. The second (QLQ-ELD14) is a complementary module for elderly patients and the third (QLQ-OH15) assesses oral health. The mean age of the patients was 62.19 years, with 16.67% being male and 12% female with ONAM. There was no significant difference between sex with regard to having or not ONAM. Between the scales of QLQ-C30, the item "Role Functioning (RF2)", presented a significant result. Those patients who did not present ONAM, had a better function performance both in their daily chores and occupations in their free time. Respondents who presented ONAM had a lower performance. In QLQ-ELD14, there was no significant difference in any of the scales between patients with and without ONAM. Among the QLQ-OH15 scales, the item "Oral health related QoL (QL)" showed a significant result. Those patients who did not have ONAM, have greater oral health than those who do have ONAM. It is concluded that ONAM has an impact significant in the general and oral QOL of cancer patients. Keywords: Quality of life, medication-associated jaw osteonecrosis, oral health
