Análise de oportunidades de produção mais limpa : estudo de caso em empresa do setor moveleiro

Abstract

Resumo : O estudo aborda as oportunidades do modelo de produção mais limpa na indústria moveleira. O objetivo principal é estudar a aplicação dos conceitos de produção mais limpa em uma empresa do setor moveleiro de Curitiba. O objetivo secundário é sensibilizar o empresário a reorganizar o processo produtivo e reaproveitar os resíduos gerados. O método aplicado neste mapeamento foi o da UNIDO/UNEP para implantação de Programas de Produção mais Limpa, a partir do guia de Implementação de Programas de Produção mais Limpa do Centro Nacional de Tecnologias Limpas do SENAI/RS. Os resultados mostram que a empresa já aplicava ações de Produção mais Limpa intuitivamente e que ainda há oportunidades de ações no processo produtivo para redução de emissões e ganhos econômicos e ambientais, concluindo que a implantação de Programa de Produção mais Limpa pode trazer as reduções e ganhos propostos além de benefícios para a empresa, sociedade e meio ambiente.

Abstract : The study accost the opportunities of the cleaner production model in the furniture industry. The main objective is to study the application of cleaner production concepts in a furniture company in Curitiba. The secondary objective is to sensitize the entrepreneur to reorganize the productive process and reuse the waste. The method applied in this mapping was the one of UNIDO / UNEP to implement Cleaner Production Programs, from the Guide of Implementation of Cleaner Production Programs of the National Center of Clean Technologies of SENAI / RS. The results show that the Company already applied Cleaner Production actions intuitively and that there are opportunities for action in the production process to reduce emissions, provides economy and environmental gains, concluding that the implementation of Cleaner Production Program can bring the reductions and benefits offered to the company, society and the environment.
