Sentimentos, ressentimentos e violência : a ação da polícia política no Paraná em relação aos indivíduos de origem germânica (1942-1945)

Abstract

Resumo: Na presente pesquisa procuramos compreender os desdobramentos da ação institucionalizada da polícia política paranaense, representada pela Delegacia de Ordem Política e Social (DOPS/PR), buscando encontrar na documentação investigada sinais de ressentimento político e social em relação aos indivíduos de origem germânica, bem como, aclarar quais comportamentos e condutas serviram como fontes provocadoras e abalaram as relações entre a comunidade brasileira e aqueles imigrantes, entre 1942 e 1945. Partindo dos pressupostos analíticos propostos por Norbert Elias, pretendemos entender se a ação repressiva realizada pela polícia política era apenas um desdobramento do projeto nacionalista de Vargas, se partia do princípio de suspeição, comum entre países que estiveram em lados opostos durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial ou, se havia indícios da existência de um processo de negação desse elemento alemão (enquadrado na dualidade estabelecidos/outsiders), através de sentimentos reativos como o ressentimento. Também, nos valemos de uma posição teórico-metodológica que estuda a inserção e os efeitos dos sentimentos na política, especialmente inspirada nos estudos de Pierre Ansart. Delimitamos como objeto de análise as pastas temáticas e individuais da antiga Delegacia de Ordem Política e Social, oriundas do Arquivo Público do Estado do Paraná, no período de 1942 -1945, uma vez que, elas mantem documentação produzida pela DOPS/PR e também pelos indivíduos que foram detidos, documentos pessoais como depoimentos, cartas e relatos que nos permitiram pinçar elementos para pensarmos os objetivos propostos nesse projeto. Abstract: In the present research, we seek to understand the consequences of the institutionalized action of the political police of Parana, represented by the Political and Social Order Office (DOPS / PR), seeking to find in the investigated documentation signs of political and social resentment towards individuals of German origin, to clarify which behaviors and behaviors served as provocative sources and shook the relations between the Brazilian community and those immigrants, between 1942 and 1945.. Based on the analytical assumptions proposed by Norbert Elias, we intend to understand if the repressive action carried out by the political police was only a development of the nationalist project of Vargas, based on the principle of suspicion common among countries that were on opposing sides during World War II or, if there were indications of the existence of a denial process of this german element (framed in duality established / outsiders), through reactive feelings like resentment. Also, we use a theoretical-methodological position that studies the insertion and effects of feelings in politics, especially inspired by the studies of Pierre Ansart. We delimit as object of analysis the thematic and individual briefcases of the former Political and Social Order Office, originating from the Public Archive of the State of Paraná, in the period 1942-1945, since they maintain documentation produced by DOPS/PR and by the Individuals that were detained, personal documents such as statements, letters and reports that allowed us to pinch elements to think about the goals proposed in this project.
