O espaço de representação dos grupos sociais na escola : O caso do Colégio Estadual Segismundo Falarz, Bairro Hauer, Curitiba-PR

Abstract

Resumo: A natureza das relações que se processam no interior da escola impõe aos atores construtores de sua realidade determinados papéis que induzem determinados comportamentos e atitudes. Esse universo de idéias reificadas, próprias da formalização das relações institucionalizadas, projeta-se sobre um universo consensual das representações sociais geradas no cotidiano vivido da escola. Conforme verificamos neste trabalho de pesquisa, que é um estudo de caso sobre o Colégio Estadual Segismundo Falarz, localizado no Bairro Hauer, em Curitiba – PR, as relações sociais que se processam no cotidiano dos estudantes que frequentam a escola encerram um forte componente tribal. A escola, por excelência, é um campo de convívio entre tribos com características identitárias diversas, pois nela encontram o ambiente propício para alcançar a almejada visibilidade social. A escola, então, torna-se o produto da diversidade, do convívio, um locus gerador de significados culturais, pois nela as representações sociais são reproduzidas e compartilhadas. A partir disso, é possível compreendermos a escola como um espaço de representação, considerado aqui um conceito pelo qual é possível compreender a escola como uma síntese entre a materialidade que lhe dá suporte, entre a rede de relações sociais promovidas pelos grupos que a frequentam e também pelo conjunto dos significados atribuídos por esses grupos à escola, que a tornam então um verdadeiro espaço-monumento do cotidiano vivido em seu interior e entorno.

Abstract: The nature of the relations that process in the interior of the school, imposes to the actors of its reality, determined papers that induce determined behaviors and attitudes. This universe of reified ideas, proper of the formalization of the institutionalized relations, act on an universe consensual of the social representations generated in the daily lived of the school. As we verified in our study of case, in the Segismundo Falarz School, located in the Hauer Town, in Curitiba - PR, relations that process in the daily of those attend the school, keep in its structure a tribal component. The school, for excellence, is a field of relationship between these tribes. In the school, they find the propitious environment to reach social visibility. The school, then, becomes the product of the diversity, of conviviality, a locus generator of cultural meanings, because in the school the social representations are reproduced and shared. From this, is possible to understand the school as a space of representation, considered here a concept for which we understand the school as a synthesis between the materiality that is its support, between the net of social relations promoted by the groups that attend it and also for the set of the meanings attributed for these groups to the school. The school become a true monument of the daily lived in its inside and its neighborhood.
