Impactos ambientais do ecoturismo : o caso de Bonito-MS

Abstract

Resumo: O termo ecoturismo, com seus diferentes equivalentes, refere-se a modalidades diversificadas de turismo em que a natureza é objeto de atração, incluindo ainda como requisitos a sustentabilidade ecológica, a conservação da biodiversidade e o respeito aos valores da comunidade local. Esta tese tem como objetivo analisar criticamente essa atividade, desvendando as relações sociais que fazem a mediação entre a biodiversidade e o lazer humano na atual etapa histórica, com o propósito de identificar os principais impactos ambientais impostos pelo ecoturismo. Tem como hipótese que o ecoturismo, embora seja divulgado como uma atividade sempre coerente com os objetivos da conservação da biodiversidade e necessidade inscrita na evolução natural humana, em especial pela hipótese biofílica, trata-se de itens que buscam encobrir o caráter mercadológico dessa atividade, que pode se tornar uma fonte de impactos relevantes sobre ecossistemas, exemplificados pelo que vem ocorrendo em Bonito, município situado no Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul

Abstract: The term ecotourism, and their different ones equivalent, refers to modalities diversified tourism, in that the nature is attraction object, still including as requirements the ecological sustentability, the conservation of the biodiversity, and the respect to the local communit/s values. This thesis has as objective analyzing that activity critically, unmasking the social relationships that make the mediation between the biodiversity and the human leisure in the current historical stage, with the purpose of identifying the principal environmental impacts imposed by the ecotourism. It has as hypothesis that the ecotourism, although it is always published as an activity coherent with the objectives of the conservation of the biodiversity and need enrolled in the human natural evolution, especially for the biophilic hypothesis, this look for to hide the merchandysing of that activity, that can become a source of important negative impacts on ecosystems, exemplifíed by that is happening in Bonito, municipal district located in the State ofMato Grosso do Sul
