Redes neurais na orientação profissional

Abstract

Resumo: Momento comum de decidir a profissão a ser seguida é o vestibular. É preciso escolher a futura profissão. Alguns se decidem norteados pelo o atrativo econômicofinanceiro, outros pela a oferta mais abundante do mercado de trabalho presente ou futuro. Promessas de realizações de sonhos próprios ou alheios, também contribuem para esta escolha. A conseqüência deste tipo de escolha pode ser verificada nos índices de evasão universitária, e na quantidade de profissionais que se formam num curso e seguem outras profissões. Há prejuízos para os alunos e para as instituições de ensino. Procurar que os jovens façam uma melhor escolha é um grande desafio a ser vencido. Atualmente existem profissionais especializados em Orientação Profissional, que podem auxiliar os jovens a escolher sua profissão. Aplicam testes, realizam entrevistas, tabulam resultados, fazem o reconhecimento do perfil apresentado pelo vestibulando, e a partir destes dados indicam quais as profissões mais adequadas ao jovem. O fato de Redes Neurais poderem ser utilizadas para executar tarefas de reconhecimento de padrões, originou a seguinte idéia: "treinar uma RN com tendências ou qualidades de pessoas satisfeitas profissionalmente e, posteriormente, utilizar este treinamento para orientar os jovens na escolha de uma determinada profissão". Este trabalho foi desenvolvido a partir desta idéia. Contém informações sobre as diferentes formas de Orientação Profissional utilizadas no Brasil, idéias de como se pode traduzir padrões de comportamento humano para o computador (pessoas satisfeitas com sua profissão) e utilizá-los na área de Inteligência Artificial (Rede Neural treinada com o Algoritmo Back-Propagation) visando auxiliar os jovens na escolha da profissão através de uma Orientação Profissional matematicamente direcionada

Abstract: Vestibular contest is the moment that decides the future to be followed. It is necessary to choose the future profession. Some people decide guided for economicfinancial attractive, others for the more abundant job offer in the present or future. The accomplishments of one’s own or other people’s dreams, also contribute for this choice. The consequence of this type of choice can be verified in the rater of university evasion, and in the amount of professionals, that after graduation follow other professions. This situation has damages for the pupils and the institutions of education. Helping youngers make better choices is a great challenge. Currently they are professionals specialized in Professional Orientation, which can assist the youth to choose its profession. They apply tests, carry through interviews, tabulate resulted, make the recognition of the profile presented for the student, and from their data most adequate projection is indicate to the student. The fact of Neural Network to be able to be used to execute tasks of recognition of standards, originated the following idea: teach a RN with trends or qualities of satisfied people professionally and later, use this to training and guide the young in the choice of one determined profession. This work was developed ffom this point of view. It contains information on the different used forms of Professional Orientation in Brazil, ideas how to translate standards of human behavior for the Computer (satisfied people with its profession) and use them in the area of Artificial Intelligence (trained Neural Net with the Back-Propagation Algorithm) aiming to assist the young in the choice of the profession through a Professional Orientation mathematically directed
