Aplicação do algoritmo Promethee em um problema de decisão multi-objetivo

Abstract

Resumo: O objetivo deste trabalho é mostrar a aplicação do método PROMETHEE em um problema de escolha de locais para construção de escolas ou ampliação de unidades já existentes. Normalmente problemas de decisão dessa natureza envolvem vários critérios a serem otimizados. Neste problema, o local escolhido precisa atender um número máximo possível de alunos, ter o menor custo possível, ter o melhor nível de segurança e o melhor acesso para funcionários, alunos e estar perto de posto de saúde. Como é quase impossível encontrar um local que satisfaça todos estes requisitos, ou seja, não existe uma alternativa que seja melhor para todos os critérios, então o método fornece uma classificação em ordem decrescente ou crescente das alternativas sob o ponto de vista de todos os critérios. Dessa maneira não existe a melhor solução, o que podemos ter é apenas uma solução satisfatória

Summary: The objective of this work is to show the application of the method PROMETHEE in a construction problem or amplification of schools. Decision Problems of this nature usually involve several criterion that we have to optimize. In this problem, the chosen place needs to assist a possible maximum number of students, to have the smallest possible cost, to have the best levei of safety and the best access for employees, students and to be near a public health Service station. As it is almost impossible a place that satisfies ali these requirements, that is to say, an altemative that is better for ali the approaches doesn't exist, then the method Promethee supplies a classifícation in decreasing or growing order, of the altematives basing under the point of view of ali the approaches. In that way the best solution doesn't exist, what we can have it is just a good solution
