Algoritmos genéticos aplicados ao planejamento da distribuição de energia elétrica em Curitiba e região metropolitana

Abstract

Resumo: A política adotada pelo governo, de manter o país em crescimento a taxas percentuais de 4 a 6% ao ano, reflete-se diretamente no crescimento e aumento do mercado consumidor de energia elétrica. As dificuldades econômicas que o setor elétrico tem enfrentado provocam restrições de verbas para os investimentos. Esses fatores geram a necessidade de se elaborar estudos mais complexos, para o suprimento de energia elétrica a uma determinada área. Tais estudos envolvem uma massa de dados contendo informações muito grande, exigindo análise detalhada de um número maior de alternativas; além disso, existe a necessidade de se ter respostas mais rápidas e freqüentes revisões nos planos de planejamento de distribuição, para que os mesmos sejam adequados às medidas econômicas e institucionais vigentes no país. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar técnicas que visam otimizar a localização de subestações de distribuição de energia elétrica, uma vez que a localização "ideal" é questão de grande importância no Planejamento da Distribuição, que, dentre outros, visa a economia de investimentos. Para alcançar tal objetivo, resolver-se-á o problema de localização de subestações na cidade de Curitiba, Região Metropolitana de Curitiba (RMC) e adjacências, usando métodos da Pesquisa Operacional, dentre os quais, destacam-se os Algoritmos Genéticos. O problema a ser solucionado é de localização de facilidades (fctcilities location), aplicável em telecomunicações, distribuição e transporte industrial, dentre outros

Abstract: The politics adopted by the government, of maintaining the country in growth 4 to 6% a year, it is reflected directly in the growth and increase of the consuming market of electric power. The economical difFiculties that the electric section has been facing provoke restrictions of budgets for the investments. Those factors generate the need to elaborate more complex studies, for the electric power supply to a certain area. Such studies involve a mass of data and very big information, demanding detailed analysis of a larger number of alternatives; besides, the need exists of having faster answers and frequent revisions in the plans of distribution planning, so that the same ones are appropriate to the economical and institutional measures effective in the country. The objective of this work is to present techniques that seek to optimize the location of substations of electric power distribution, the ideal " location " is subject of great importance in the Planning of the Distribution, that, among other things, it means economy of investments. To reach such objective, the problem of location of substations will be solved in the city of Curitiba, Metropolitan Area of Curitiba (RMC) and neighbourhood, using methods of Operational Research among which stand out the Genetic Algorithms. The problem to be solved is the location of facilities, applicable in telecommunications, distribution and industrial transport, among others
