Espaço de coworking em Curitiba

Abstract

Resumo : Este trabalho visa a elaboração de diretrizes projetuais para posterior elaboração do projeto arquitetônico de um novo espaço de coworking na cidade de Curitiba. Para tal, foram feitas pesquisas teóricas que fundamentassem a evolução das relações de trabalho e o consequente reflexo nos ambientes de trabalho ao longo da história. Com esse estudo, foi possível detectar o movimento crescente de pessoas que rumam da opção de empregados para empreender ou trabalho de forma autônoma, e o consequente crescente movimento homeoffice. O coworking, objeto principal desse trabalho, surge como um movimento emergente e crescente em substituição à opção do trabalho em casa, pautado pelo conceito de trabalho cooperado, forte tendência no mercado atual. A pesquisa busca delimitar quais são os perfis do pretenso usuário do espaço, bem como as características ambientas dos espaços já existentes na cidade.

Abstract : This work aims at elaborating the project guidelines for further elaboration of the architectural project of a new co-working space in the city of Curitiba. For this, theoretical research was done to give grounding to the evolution of labor relations and the impact it has on the work environment through history. With this study, it was possible to detect the growing movement of people shifting from being employees to entrepreneurs or autonomous workers, and hence, a growing movement towards home-office. The co-working, main object of this work, surges as an emerging and growing movement of substitution of working at home, lined on the concept of cooperative work, a strong trend in the current market. The research aims at delimitating what are the profiles of users, as well as the environmental characteristics of existing spaces in the city.
