A relacionalidade e a paz : uma tentativa de se teorizar a paz a partir de uma teoria relacional

Abstract

Resumo: A presente dissertação traz uma análise crítica da teoria relacional nas Relações Internacionais e nos estudos acerca da paz. Para isso, pretende-se compreender como objetivo principal, as contribuições de uma problematização da paz e a discussão da paz a partir de uma teoria relacional e, objetivando especificamente, de que maneira a relacionalidade pode contribuir para as Relações Internacionais. Nesse sentido, esta pesquisa tem como argumento principal que a paz é um conceito relacional por excelência. De modo a desenvolver o argumento, o trabalho está dividido em três capítulos: a paz e seus estudos nas relações internacionais, a teoria relacional e seus conceitos e, por último, no terceiro capítulo, discute-se o argumento principal da pesquisa: o conceito de paz como um conceito relacional por excelência

Abstract: This dissertation provides a critical analysis of relational theory in International Relations and the peace studies. Its main objective is to understand the contributions of a problematization of peace and the discussion of peace from a relational theory and, specifically, how relationality can contribute to International Relations. In this sense, the argument of this research is that peace is a relational concept par excellence. In order to develop the argument, the work is divided into three chapters: the peace and its studies in international relations, relational theory and its concepts and, finally, in the third chapter, the main argument of the research is discussed: the concept of peace as a relational concept par excellence
