A transferencia de tecnologia da industria belica brasileira para a industria civil : o caso da industria automobilistica

Abstract

Resumo: Uma das grandes inquietações do universo acadêmico acerca da indústria bélica brasileira é se esta poderia trazer benefícios tecnológicos à indústria civil através da transferência de tecnologia inter-setores,ou seja, pelo processo conhecido como spin off. Desta forma, o objetivo do presente trabalho é identificar os resultados obtidos no campo civil a partir da consolidação da indústria bélica brasileira; para isso estudamos o desenvolvimento do mesmo, assim como a forma em que este se relacionou com a indústria civil em termos gerais, para no final investigarmos o spin off num dos setores mais dinâmicos da economia, o setor automobilístico, dando ênfase especial ao caso da empresa QT Engenharia.

Abstract: One of the greatest worries of the academic world regarding Brazilian military industry, is weather this industry could bring technological benefits to the civil industry, through inter-sector technology transfer, that is, through the process called spin off. Thus, the objective of this work is to quantify the results gotten in the civil field from the consolidation of the Brazilian military industry. The development, as well as the ways this industry relates to the civil industry in general, is being studied. So, that the result would be the spin off in one of the most dynamic sectors of the economy, mostly the automotive sector, giving emphasis to the company called "QT Engenharia ".
